We needed a home to stay in for a week. Checking in was easy; house has book with step by step guide and
was VERY clean. Laurie was extremely friendly and very responsive. The house is a great size for what we needed (4 adults, 3 kids ages 5 and 17), and 3 assistance animals. The yard was a great size for our three large dogs. The location is in a great location in town; close to many amenities. Things that I think you should know about that could aid your decision-making process: The master bedroom does not include a full bathroom: has sink and toilet. Nearest bathroom is in the hallway. All bedrooms are average size and well appointed. The supplied entertainment amenities included books and board games downstairs (really awesome treat), I think there was a game console somewhere; we didn't use or ask for it. All TVs are smart TVs w/ plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was fully loaded w/ pots and pans, dishes, and cookware/cutlery to support adults and young children. We loved having plastic plates and cups for our young child which eliminated any added risk of young kiddos dropping or breaking someone's plates and glassware. We picked this house not only for all the entertainment and living conveniences but for the relaxation and recovery amenity of the hot tub One drawback was that half of the hot tub was not functioning properly. I reached out to Laurie and she is working to repair it. Even still, it was an amazing stay and met every need that we had.

Great House For Large Groups
Seven of us came for a wedding and the house suited our needs perfectly. The backyard is a perfect place to unwind and the house with its 5 bedrooms has plenty of space to spread out.

Highly Recommend
Lauri is an excellent host. She is thoughtful and very responsive. The house is well stocked with plenty of space. You can see Pikes Peak outside the front door! The hot tub is lovely. Location is great, close to groceries, Old Colorado City, & downtown.

Week long Stay
Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked with all necessities and is just as described. The adults enjoyed the hot tub while the kids had plenty to play with in the downstairs family room. Thank you for sharing your home. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a plus to relax in hottub after a long day out. Also having a kid area was nice and the boys enjoyed themselves. Lauri was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurie's home. It's beautiful. They have beautiful backyard with hot tub which everyone loved it. All amenities were plenty. I was surprised how detailed they thought about customer experience. Our communication was great. I highly recommend their place for any future travelers.

Colorado Springs Charmer
Everything we needed for our extended family of 12 was provided. We loved the outdoor space in the backyard with hot tub, grill and cornhole. Lots of toys and games for all ages. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable but the bedroom were a bit small in this updated older brick home with basement in a lovely neighborhood. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Highly recommended!

A Sweet Bonding Spot
This was a quaint home with 5 small but completely adequate bedrooms and 2 large living areas to gather. The property was exactly as advertised and we appreciated the comfy feel of the place. It wasn't the most modern VRBO we've stayed in but it was everything we needed for a great long weekend of catching up and relaxing.

Mountain Vacation
We his was an awesome stay in Colorado Springs! We enjoyed sitting around the patio and hot tub in the evenings. Very close to Old Colorado City which has some great shopping and dinning opportunities. We were able to visit Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and do some hiking and fishing in the mountains. Great affordable house with a great Mountain view!!

Perfect place for us!
My husband, my two kids, myself, our 2 friends, their two kids, and our dog enjoyed staying at this lovely home! Spacious enough for all of us to enjoy time together and apart. We loved the spa, we just wish the fuse would not have continued to blow so we could enjoy it every night as planned. However, the nights we did have, we did not waste them away. This home is perfect for any family looking for a lovely vacation in the Springs. Some real close destinations we enjoyed were Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Bear Creek, Palmer Park, Seven Falls, and Cave of the Winds. If you have a chance to check out Pueblo, the Riverwalk and Lookout Point are amazing! Thank you Lauri and Jimmy for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home!

Beautiful Colorado Springs
This property was perfectly sized for our group of 7 with room to spare! The amenities were nice especially the large hot tub and extra fridge. The owner was very responsive to a few minor concerns we had and was easy to work with. The location was an easy half hour to most of the attractions we want to see and do. I would recommend cleaning out the kitchen cupboards and eliminating the "extras" people have left behind and starting fresh. Overall, this is a very nice property!

Right at Home Feel
This is an amazing property. From the 5 bedrooms to the hot-tub to the 2 and a half bathrooms it's a great family size home. It's clean and comfortable, a middle-class type of place where you don't have to worry about "Oh, I better be extra careful," because it is a family type place. A fun, relaxing home!

Fantastic Family Friendly Home
We loved our stay at the Armstrong home. It had something to offer for every age group. We had our 1 year old grandson up to our parents there and we all very much enjoyed our time. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. We ate large family dinners, played games, danced downstairs, and enjoyed the hot tub. I highly recommend this home for families who enjoy spending time together.

Adorable home with amazing back patio to grill and relax with hot tub. The bonus room downstairs allowed kids a play place while the adults enjoyed the upstairs. Bedding all really nice. We had people here from California, Utah, Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado, and Florida and this place was absolutely perfect for us! Location is fabulous, and the house is great! Not to mention the jacuzzi which we used every night!

there was 6 adults and 4 kids ages 9 thru 14 . I so enjoyed the family time we spent together out on the back patio. We visited places during the day and spent our evenings enjoying each other.
