if I had to say anything it would only be we only had 4 wine glasses and 6 needed haha not really a issue

A nice and helpful staff who was ready to answer all our questions at any time. The apartment itself with a lovely furnishing,which feels like home.

The mess in the front and the back of the house and a bit smaller beds.

Have stayed in the property a few times now and always been extremely happy with the standard of the apartments.

2 bedrooms, facilities were good for a short stay, plenty of kitchen equipment. The staff were very helpful and quickly arranged a cot which had forgotten to be provided on arrival

the property is in need of some upkeep and repair. also, the main door lock is very fidgety and very difficult to close behind you when leaving. the floors weren’t cleaned well at all (toenails and hair on the floor) but as we were visiting family we got our hands on a vacuum.

The apartment is Big enough and really confortable, you have allí you need in there.

The location is good but it's get a little far beacuse of the cold temperatures.

Good location, just out of town. Kitchen well equipped and also tea and coffee provided

Bathroom was in middle of property, and no windows. The decor was tired, and there was a musty/damp smell.

The requirement to email my ID and my partners ID before our trip. Did not like having to pay a large deposit.

they welcomed us with a snack and wine! bedrooms were nice and clean. provided everything we needed.

the entrance light were broken. Also the neighbours were very loud and we could hear their foot steps at 2 am.

We had to wash up a fair few kitchen items before using them as they were dirty. Fridge needs looking at as it was too cold and freezing some of the food if it was near the back of it We had to leave the rubbish in the apartment as no idea where the bins were.

I love the the apartment itself. all the basic things that you need is present. I like also the complimentary wine and chips. We have some minor issues like clog bathroom sink and radiator in 1 bedroom is not working. Otherwise, the owner/ staffs are prompt in answering our needs and queries.

Nothing really. almost Perfect. Only to make sure that the bathroom sink is not clog for the next user and the radiator in 1 bedroom must be fixed.

Whilst the street itself was noisy, the location of the apartment itself was walking distance from the centre of Belfast which made it easy to see most of the sights.

The apartment looked a lot nicer on the images than in real life, they were obviously taken some time ago. It seems like it may be used for student accommodation during term time as it was quite tatty and grubby in places, especially the entrance hallway. It didn't seem like it had had a good clean in ages. The sofa bed collapsed every night, one of the blinds in the living room area was broken so you couldn't put it all the way up when you wanted to open the door and there seemed to be some kind of blockage issue in the bathroom where the water in the shower and sink wouldn't drain away. We had to turn the shower off every minute or so otherwise it would have overflowed from the tray. There was hardly any shower gel or toilet paper for the five days we were there and no broom to sweep up. One of the double bedrooms was so small I lost count of the number of times I banged my shin on the bed. The area was noisy day and night with some unsavoury characters hanging around. At times we didn't feel 100% safe and at one point during the night saw a man hit a woman in the face whilst looking out of the window. At the back there was a lot of construction work going on and a railway line (obviously something beyond the control of the apartment owners) but it didn't add to an otherwise poor experience. The whole process of booking was complex and detailed with us having to chase the owners up to pay a deposit and then receiving an email to say the deposit had not been paid... As a family, we have travelled a lot and stayed in many different locations and types of accommodation and I'm sorry to say this was one of the most disappointing. We paid over £1,100 for five nights accommodation and frankly would have expected something cleaner and more comfortable.

Lovely Flat, really enjoyed our stay! The staff were also very helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
