The fact that the guesthouse is opposite the hospital and you can go through a small gate which makes it easy to get to hospital and back to guesthouse. Our son was in Icu accross the street and it was so comfortable being able to go to hospital in visiting hours and then go back to guesthouse to rest. The guesthouse was also very flexible and I could extend my stay when needed. Staff was very friendly. Louis the owner sat with us at the cafeteria and we felt like old friends. We really recommend this guesthouse.

The manager arranged an iron board and hairdryer when I requested one. The area was fairly quiet.

No one manned the reception. There was no ironing board or hairdryer. The toilet flushed all the time and I could hear the same from neighboring rooms.

The place is well located, clean and the rooms are comfortable.

The ladies serving are not kind at all. They make you feel like you are beginning for a favor from them. They don't treat guest like clients who are paying for the service. The manager is a kind guy. But he needs to pay more attention to the ladies who serves the guests. We payed the room rate that included breakfast, but the ladies simply did not serve the breakfast for us. We had to go out and pay for the breakfast that was included in the room rate. Most of the time available they are not when you need an assistance in the room. Basically the place is good in terms of location, comfortable facilities, but the serving staff is not good at all.

The location was great, the general facilities matched the price.

We were greeted by a person dressed in a t-shirt and a towel. We had only 1 hand towel and one bath towel. The room has no windows, it did have an aircon, which would have been fine except that the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke.

The staff was very welcoming and I enjoyed my stay there everyone help me with everything I wanted and also they booked me early before my time because I was tired from my early traveling❤😍
