The hosts, couldn't have been more helpful, before and during our trip, and the location is beautiful

Nothing, only advice is that you need a car to access local restaurants, stores etc ....

The neighborhood was stunningly beautiful! The house had all the cookware we needed to make ourselves meals, and a large refrigerator. Bev provided fresh milk, butter and jam, coffee and tea. We loved that the house had screens on all the windows. The gardens and views were beautiful. The place was very clean. We also enjoyed chatting with Bev, she was so welcoming and a great host!

Our stay was amazing! The “retreat” makes sense! convenient parking, beautiful clean cozy home away from the road for our 4 person stay! the event we travelled to Tauranga for was cancelled but we were happy cause we had great accom and Bevs bread! We would love to come stay every time we’re in TGA, thanks so much Bev.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, spacious and tastefully decorated. We loved the firmer beds after enduring mushy mattresses at other places all over the North Island. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals. There is a covered patio with seating that overlooks a well tended garden full of birds and blooms. Bev and Rick were gracious and accommodating hosts. Bev even presented us with a hot out-of-the-oven loaf of bread for our first breakfast at this unit. Thank you for your many kindnesses! The location is quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. I recommend their lodging unconditionally.

we enjoyed the peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The property is well maintained with many flowering plants and fruit trees that attract a variety of song birds. Bev the owner is very warm, welcoming and friendly making sure that the visitors are comfortable.

Cambridge road can get very busy in the morning and the access road to the property is barely visible from the main road.

Great hosts, peaceful setting, beautiful gardens, comfortable bed and furniture. Wonderful stay.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this lovely place with such friendly and helpful hosts - and to meet their delightful dogs! The house and garden are beautiful and the view gorgeous. We cannot recommend this place highly enough! It was extremely comfortable and very peaceful.
