Stayed after an awful nights sleep the night before closer to KL sentral. Apartment was almost silent allowing us to catch up on much needed sleep. Messaging on whatsapp for organising collection of keys was perfect. Apartment is in huge apartment complex joined to an MRT station, very easy to find and close to Sentral.

Room looked slightly worn. Nearest shops for food were a bit of a walk away

the area ist really not so nice. besides the deposit policy is very strange and i did not feel comfortable when checking in

I appreciated that this place was so close to the train station. The pictures were also very accurate, and the view was very nice. Also, FYI, the ceiling in the loft is about 5ft 7inches, which was just enough for me to stand up straight.

The check in process, even though the host made it easy, was still a little bit of a process. I checked in at the front desk, paid a 20RM security fee there, then we met the host and had to pay a security deposit with her. I paid with credit card, and it wasn't made aware to us that it came with a 3% fee upon reimbursement. The option to pay in cash was also available, I think it was 250RM. So, once I got that taken care of, it was easy to get into the room. One thing I noticed during my stay was that everything was very echo-y. We could hear doors open and close down the hall, and it made my very self-conscious about the noise I was making in this apartment. In addition, the neighborhood was a little rough looking. I don't think it was dangerous at all, but it wasn't the best part of town.

The service was great. Prompt action by host/management when I reported clogged shower drain. The amenities are also complete. Close to city center.

Have to pay for everything including parking, extra blanket, etc. But it is understandable as the approach is more to a hotel than a homestay.
