スタッフの対応は良好。Wi-Fi十分。トイレとシャワーの数が足りている。シャワーは別の階にあるため、行くのに手間こそかかるが使用音がしないのはメリットだろう。ロッカーはダイアル式、デカいスーツケースを置くスペースがあるため荷物も問題なし。階の移動にはカードキーを用いるなど防犯面も悪くない。
博多の同じ価格帯の宿と違い朝食がつく。パン、シリアル、ヨーグルトという簡単なものだが、あるだけで有り難い人はいるだろう。個人的には浄水器があるのが良かった。あと耳栓無料なのも有り難い。
強いていうなら他のカプセルホテルやドミトリーと比較して、個室が狭いと思う。

スタッフの皆さんも親切で心がこもっていた。
ロケーションもとても良かった
トイレが共有。
でも清潔さを保つためにはそれでよかったかも。
部屋での飲食禁止は少し厳しかった。
お菓子とビールくらいは部屋で飲みたかった。

I love how modern and convenient the location is!
While overall the staff are fantastic, on the last night I had a nasty encounter with one of the staff (Caucasian male) at the 9th floor eating area. I misunderstood his instructions to put my dishes on the tray as they would wash it for us. After eating I proceeded to go to the sink and wash it however he scolded me and said I didn’t listen to his instructions (he said it in English) and that he already told me what to do. So I was quite taken aback by his attitude. I felt that he could have said it nicely. Besides him, everyone else have been pleasant.

the hostel really cute with the cat concept
the sleep pod mix dorm so far ok. at least locker area still same floor with the pod
i think a bit humid or cos of carpet smelly. but understand that due to guess bring in shoes😅
lucky when you inside ur own cabin not much will smell, but a bit hot...need to on the curtain.

The location is excellent. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was decent for a vegetarian.
Bunk beds are on one floor, while showers are on another. There is no AC inside the bunk bed which makes it a little uncomfortable during the night. The elevator is crowded and you have to wait most times to use it.

Good room at a good price. They offered both a locker space and a bag space (which allowed you to reserve a spot) which I found very useful. The lounge had good wifi and sockets available, and the kitchen was well-stocked.
The showers/lounge are on a different floor to the rooms and there is often a wait for the lift.

Just about everything was good. Four floors in elevator to bath sucked but shigata ga nai. Good laundry.

Staff were lovely, they have a gachapon game where you can win a mini figurine of the cat!!
The 9th floor is a large communal library/ kitchen/ dining area which was so cute.
Beds were pretty comfy and new towels provided each day.
Also close to the Canal City shopping complex.
Showers are only available on the 2nd floor, so unless you have one at an odd time there’s likely to be people from all 6 other floors also trying to have a shower.
While the hostel is located near to a subway station, it is a ~20 min walk from Hakata station if you take the Shinkansen.

It’s easy to get to the airport from here.
Stay away from the 18 bed- dorm. There’s no sound insulation at all. I was surprised to see they have sinks and luggage storage inside the bunk bed room. People are constantly repacking, brushing teeth at any time of the night! I didn’t sleep for three nights as a result.
Breakfast is very basic: Toast, instant coffee, Jogurt.
Last their cancellation policy is super strict unlike any other hostel I’ve stayed in Japan.

Perfect location, friendly and nice staff, comfy bed and clean showers. Huge house with super nice library/kitchen/balcony in 9th floor. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Clean bathrooms. I forgot bathrooms were shared but still ok. Location is nice. Don Quijote and subway station is walking distance. If your maps take you to a another hotel of the same address, just cross the street and look for the cat.

1 minute walk from Nakasuwakabata Station Exit 3 (Airport Line - subway). Nice neighborhood, clean, and well maintenance. Staff communicate in English well. I stayed in private room - 2 bunk bed. Room is small but worth for the price you paid.

Loved the convenient location near the train station (3 minutes walk), many places to eat nearby, spotlessly clean common areas. Loved the kitchen and dining area!
The room I stayed in was rather small but for the price I think it was acceptable.

The place was really clean and well-organized.
The rooms were really really really small. We can barely stay together in the room if both were standing up.
Definitely not a good choice for long stays.

Nice facilities, clean, and a very chill lounge. Lounge was definitely an unexpected great place. Showers were also pretty nice.
The breakfast wasn't a lot. If you came later during breakfast there could be no toast left.
