Very clean and an amazing view

This property is in a perfect location. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport is also at your doorstep. There is daily room service, a full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, plus a laundry.

The bathroom was not very clean. The glass on the verandah doors were really dirty. For a full kitchen, this is poorly stocked for cooking in.

the apartments are well appointed so I could cook everyday and wash clothes. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach for a swim. Parking was free everyday. If I couldn't park in the free section of the carpark I could easily park on the street.

Would be great to have blackout blinds.

level 5 foyer waiting for lift smelt so bad we had to block out nose until the lift doors opened

Location was the best. Close to beach, cafes, restaurants and shops.

When we arrived to check in, room was not ready. Was told by staff that it would be another hour and that they would contact us when ready. We waited over an hour and came back to find room was ready, but no contact was made by staff to let us know. In compensation, was given free parking underground, which was appreciated. Was also messaged by Ramada a couple of days prior to check in asking about bed configuration. I replied queen/king beds. Arrived to find single beds made up in one bedroom.
