Overall this is luxury Apartment has a lot of advantages excelent views and has jacuzzi, two balconies and inside everything is pretty much new
The only bad side they don't leave any extra Toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen area at least for one Day till you go buy some but other wise no complaints

Location was great, secure parking, self check-in.
My bedroom had mold on the ceiling and one of the bathrooms would flood with water when showering, which seems to be an on going problem because the floor had water damage. Didn’t get one hot shower.

Very poor service arranged by a third party.
In total honesty, the help provided was close to zero.
At the moment of the check in, we had to wait for 30 minutes in the garage waiting for a document that we already provided.
We also received the instructions for the check in hours after agreed.

They try to lose problem.
When we came the person in charged did not was informed about our arrival and he needed to call the administrator. It took about 30 minuter before we could come in the flat. We were travelling the hole day and we were tired and the only thing we wanted to do was to come in and rest.

Apartment is nicely located in a safe neighbourhood. Spacious apartment with a balcony. Large fridge and washing machine.
The photos of the flat on the booking.com site are a composite of several flats. That gives a distorted picture, we were in any case not in the luxury flat.
The communication is very poor. Messages are not quickly responded to. Except when we had to pay. We would not be allowed into the flat if we had not paid first, and had to pay via a separate payment link. The payment was not as we are used to through booking.com
Many lamps are broken, so we could not sit on the terrace in the evening. We reported this, but got no reaction.
At arrival there were not enough towels, but this was arranged one day later.
A taxi would be arranged to take us from the airport to the flat, but it wasn't there. Also when we reported this no reaction.

Location
Untidy. Apartment in poor condition with broken elements in the kitchen and bathrooms (loose toilet lid, loose curtains, etc). We arrived at 1am and the bathrooms had no toilet paper. Not recommendable.

It could of been cleaner found a dirty mug in the microwave, the bathroom door doesn’t lock, the sofa isn’t a sofa bed. No linens or towels.

Excellent view of the city, spacious, free parking, room for four family members; quiet neighborhood
although quite functional, not particularly warm or attractive apartment; although location in Poblado is nice, to get to the restaurants you have to descend and ascend a long rather steep hill

The apartments were located on the upper floors of the Poblado Alejandria Hotel but in terms of the services were completely separated meaning that we didn’t have the chance nor to try the breakfast of the hotel neither to leave our luggage there for some hours after the check out. In addition, when we arrived at the location, nobody at the reception was notified about our stay on the apartments and thanks to our knowledge of the spanish language we found a way to communicate with the owner of the apartments. In other words the Hotel and the apartments are something different. Of course let us mention that the apartment was clean, new, with a great view and a lot of space.

Location location location walking distance to stores malls and if you have it in you Santa Fe mall is all down hill both ways

Daniel was the best. Very accommodating. Was really helpful whenever I needed something. I would love the opportunity to stay there again.
Did not like the policy for guests. I believed was a bit strict having to deal with a middle man.
