En el desayuno deberían de tener tapados los alimentos pues habían moscas sobre ellos porque no están debidamente tapados

Todo. Hotel muy descuidado,, habitaciones antiguas sin remodelación hace años. Los baños muy antiguos y faltos de limpieza. Las camas aun peor. Mi triste lo que es el hotel para lo que cobran. Si en verdad publicitaran la realidad del hotel no voy ni gratis. Su nivel de calidad es de 0

Buen desayuno y variado y la ubicación formidable

Como anécdota el primer día en el desayuno pusieron Dulce de piña riquísimo, lastima que no lo pusieron mas 🤗

Service was fine

The facilites were run down. The room smelled lake stale cigarettes. The bathtub was chipped. There were very few towels. The whole place just felt dumpy

Everything was clean

They don’t allowed to have guest in your room I do pay $80 for a friend to come in for 1 hour :/

breakfast is probably thier weakest link.. very simple, basic, etc,(almost bland at times, so thank God for Starbucks nearbye) but they do try to cover all the basics for breakfast.. the hotel has alot of dark mahogany business style decor, always clean and neat, pretty helpful staff below.. the restaurant has some good options to be fair, but not enough to keep me there every day and night.. but, many of the dishes are cooked very well with many different (ethnic) options available to everyone..the wait staff in the restaurant can either be on spot if you are the only one in the restaurant, or be prepared for waiting for things that you may need during your stay in the restaurant if there is more than 3-4 tables at the same time.. it is not the chef as much as it is the staff seemingly going brain dead..There are sooooo many toursits there that prefer good service aswe get in the states, so the expectation is high, and the staff just may not be trained appropriately..the hotel is not in my fav. part of poblado, but a short walk (5 minutes) to the main streets that give alot more options(especially at night), and of course a taxi ride is always inexpensive when in medellin..no pool, not much of a gym, so it has some limitations, but otherwse clean orderly, and pleasant..one elevator per tower, but for some reason, even when fully booked, that does not seem to be a long wait to get elevator service. the ladies for check in are always super kind and professional, and Alejandro the bell hop speak fluent English and makes everything you need as a tourist easier to achieve

again,.. probably the super boring breakfast, untrained wait staff in the restaurant,, not much else to say on this matter
