My cousins and I had a great stay. We arrived 3 hrs before check-in and we were able to get into our room at arrival. The staff were very kind and helpful with bringing up our luggage. We thought we needed an extra mattress which they brought to our room but we decided we didn’t need it. They had yummy cookies and fruit water at the lobby. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but it was a plus that it was included. Our check-out was smooth as well. Overall, had a great 1 night stay and would highly recommend!

An extra towel in the bathroom

Staff are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and detail-oriented. The rooms are very nice and modern. They have a smart TV with HBO MAX, Netflix, YouTuble, etc as well as DirectTV- although I did not do much TV watching the selection was welcome. Cleanliness was above expectations.

The breakfast selection was a little limited and not that tasty and the public areas and amenities were lacking.

The kitchen was definitely nice, but if I am being picky the stove top was not very efficient. But it is better than nothing considering a lot of hotels don’t even have a microwave

This was a very nice hotel at an affordable price. It was located in a very nice part of el Poblado with shops, restaurants and bars very close by. The staff did more than what was expected and the breakfast was outstanding with many options.

The only recommendation would be for the maintenance crew to regularly check the rooms. In our room, the light switch in the bathroom and the sink faucets as well as the holder for the hairdryer were all loose.

Service and housekeeping were wonderful. Location is excellent if you want something more quiet.

Some items in the bathroom and kitchen need to be updated or removed.

Check-in process in the night slow. Rooms are spacious but run down - beds are okay. Bathroom is very tiny - you can hardly sit on the toilet. Walls are very thin - you hear everything from neighbours and floors.

The place is great, I loved the teamwork that all the employees of this hotel showed. Overall, Leblon Suites Hotel met all the expectations that I wanted. We liked the room a lot and the breakfast are delicious with a good variety of food to choose from and the place for breakfast is spectacular.

Cleanliness of room and accommodative personnel

Standard electrical outlets could be improved to also accommodate cell phone charger cords & more outlets at desk. Could not purchase facial tissue in room like snacks for sale. Refrigerator not stable - everything in frig shook when door was opened. Porch sliding doors could not be locked. Would like to have workable closet lock box. Wood frame mirror needs to be raised a few inches to expose electrical outlet.
