El servicio del personal es muy bueno, siempre atentos y resolvieron nuestros problemas rápido y eficientemente. El restaurante peruano fue delicioso y el desayuno bastante variado

El hotel es bastante viejito. Tuvimos problemas con la caja fuerte , en otra habitación con las cortinas. Se ve que es bastante viejito y quizás le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones

The location is great - centrally located in the Poblado neighborhood of Medellin. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

For a 5 star hotel I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. The nicest person we interacted with was a waiter Jairo who was very nice and accommodating. The pool was cold (it was outdoor but I thought they could regulate the temp) the steam room was hard to find and the spa is subpar - hidden away under the gym and poorly staffed with only one person to attend customers at the front desk and do the treatments. Pool service in general for beverages was very slow, even though there were 2 people working. When we arrived they asked for my passport and would not accept a NY State license as a valid form of photo ID. According to them for foreigners they only accept a passport and have to verify your entrance stamp which seems excessive for a hotel. They finally made an exception after I spoke with the manager on duty and explained this was not specified anywhere in any of my hotel confirmation emails (except for one I received to my email address the following morning after we checked in which made no sense). I appreciated that they allowed me to check in but the experience was frustrating and initially the front desk attendant was very curt and rude about it.

El mantenimiento de las instalaciones, los enchufes USB no funcionaban y nadie fue capaz de arreglarlos. La situación de la piscina, para acceder tenias que passar por medio de las mesas del comedor.

Het ontbijt was iedere dag gevarieerd en super lekker. Voor mij is dann carlton de beste van de besten. Ik zal hier zeker terugkeren en mijn vrienden en familie hotel dann carlton sterk aanbevolen!

Kamers zijn erg gehorig en als er iemand doucht of het toilet doortrekt bij een kamer naast of boven ons, dan is er veel herrie; waarschijnlijk een verouderd afvoer systeem.

Wonderful lobby staff and porters. Room very comfy and excellent breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi. fantastic addition in city hotel.

Safe in room didn't work and safey feature on door broken. I had to phone reception 3 times to send a hairdryer..

The rooms were nice and big. The breakfast was superb!!! Pool area was well serviced with towels and sun beds.

There is no bar. We were a large wedding party and this was annoying for a 5 star hotel. The reception wanted to overcharge me for 5 rooms. They had taken from my account the cost of 1 of the 7 nights I had booked for all 5 rooms but wouldn’t acknowledge this when we arrived and wanted to charge me the whole amount. It took ages to sort out over 2 days. We had travelled from Ireland to Colombia and could have done without this on our arrival. No one apologised. Serving staff spoke no English at all and were difficult to deal with. Again for a 5 star it’s not good enough. No hairdryer or iron in the room.

Location and cleanliness of all the facilities. Restaurant at the lobby floor was good and staff so friendly.

It was a little weird to get the invoice which was sent later by email. The revolving restaurant on top is not as good as desired and it was really cold inside.

Room: The room was clean, and spacious enough for our family of 4. Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. The Staff was very nice and helpful. Location: What we loved more about the hotel was the location. We walked to various restaurants, and also Santa Fe mall.

Room: We received the worst room (location wise) of the hotel. We were on the 3rd floor (Room 301 and 303) next to the hair salon and conference rooms. Our first night in the room we were disturbed with loud talking and music from the salon. The second or third night, we were woken up @5 or 6am by the sound of someone dragging a table across the floor. But the worst of all, was when we arrived late afternoon, and found our bedroom door open. Housekeeping came to clean our room and didn't properly close the door. Thank goodness nothing was stolen but being right next to the salon and conference room, someone could have easily come into our room. For the first few things, we didn't want to complain, but when we found the door open, that is when we went to front desk to make a complaint. They told us that they will look into it and offered us a free upgrade. We didn't take the free upgrade because we were next to our friends (room 301 and 303), and we didn't complain to receive an upgrade, but for them to fix the issues for future guests.

The breakfast was good,front desk service need some improvement, customer need some attention, all the rest very helpfull and nice.

Rooms lack of equipments. Far from 5* hotel No privacy between the rooms. You can hear everything next door. Bathrooms at minimum. No internet at the pool.

The rooms were nice.

Staff working there most were rude like they did not want to do anything but chat. Took 20 minutes to get service. Restaurant service was very bad.
