تعامل موظف الاستقبال عند التسجيل

Breakfast was good, we visited during Ramadan, so the staff brought it to our room. But it was not very comfortable to choose the breakfast on the phone, it is better to leave the menu in the room, so guests can choose.

I've requested a baby cot while making reservation and it was confirmed. We arrived around 11 pm with 2 infants and i asked for a cot again, the receptionist said it was no problem, but there was no baby cot in the room, i've asked two more times and after 40 mins they said it was not avaliable. Ater about an hour they brought a baby cot with super dirty mattress. There was no bedding and just a rolled-up blanket. The baby never could sleep in it and we had to share a bed at 4. The room was dirty, especially bathroom, only 1 towel for 4 people, no ameneties.

The pool at the top floor was nice, almost always had it too myself. I was sick the first few days and it was nice to be able to order a decent room service.

Zero information about the place from the actual hotel. There’s supposedly some pool towels but I just used my own since I didn’t get any information on where to get them. Didn’t get a full set of towels until a few days in,Asked the front desk for a knife so I could eat some fruit I bought. Didn’t get the knife. Overall for a 4 star hotel I expected more but for the price i got it was decent. It’s the small things really but i felt like they all added up which made the stay worse than it should’ve been. Probably wouldn’t stay here again sadly, the location is a bit off.

Wir haben in der Nacht vor unserem Flug dort übernachtet und waren rundum zufrieden! Die Zimmer waren mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, es gab Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend! Sie haben uns auch ein sehr günstiges Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Danke!

Nichts

Nicht weit vom Flughafen. Für weitere Reise, als Zwischenstopp war ganz gut. Schwimmbad auf dem Dach war beheizt.

Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht, es war nur einen Handtuch, Tee- Kaffeetasse. Personal hat uns gleich hingebracht. In späteren Hotels es was das gleiche Situation.

Close to the airport. Very friendly staff. Spacious room. Solid breakfast.

Bathroom was a bit on the old side.

الموقع قريب من مطار مسقط الدولي مما يساعد المسافرين للنزول فيه قبل السفر مناسب جدا مع قيمته الماليه وتعامل الموظفين راقي جدا خصوصا في الكافتيريا والاستقبال

الحمامات ربما تحتاج مزيدا من التعقيم والنظافه حتى تصير رائحتها افضل

Chambre sans fenêtre alors que la demande avec fenêtre était spécifiée Attente une heure et demie dans le lobby pour avoir une chambre décente sans un verre d eau avec nos valises dans des fauteuils d une saleté épouvantable .

المكان نظيف جدا وقريب من المطار

المصعد لا يعمل الا بالبطاقه مفتاح الغرفه يعني اذا احد يريد ينزل والباقين في الغرفه مشكله لازم تشل البطاقه والكهرباء تقطع من الغرفه بعد ما تشيل البطاقه

النظافة والتعامل

المكان هادئ جداً دون ازعاج وكذلك الموظفين في قمة الرقي والذوق والتعاون .. الغرفة مساحتها جيدة جداً .. والنظافة ممتازة .. توجد مواقف سيارات دون الحوجة للانتظار .

الافطار الصباحي الاصناف محدودة جداً وغير متنوعة اطلاقاً .

Reception guy is very helpful and stay was good , room cleaned well

AC is very difficult to switch on

View from room was good with landscape view. Room was quiet and peaceful. Fuel pump is just across the road along with cafes which are open 24/7.

That Indian manager at Front desk was found to be quite rude. He was not cooperative enough to allow late check outs and his tone was found arrogant. Room service is way too slow. I didn't like the amenities insides the room such Blow Dryer, which kept on switching off after a few seconds. Whilst I asked front desk to fix it, which the engineer mentioned its made like that. I never experienced such kind of blow dryer. Cummod buttons were not working properly and water pressure was too low. There was no tissue box in washroom so I had to ask for it. They need to upgrade room iron as its tool old to use.

Everything, the place is so clean and well organized.

The entrance to the basement parking area are too small, I scratched my car while driving down there.

مستوى النظافة يحتاج الى تطوير واصلاح بعض الاشياء وتوفير كل المستلزمات بدون ان يطلبها النزيل
