It's positioned quite strategically with mostly of all the interesting sites. Staff very friendly

The structure is a bit old and need maintenance, in our case the AC wasn't working well and we freeze. The atmosphere is a bit cold and more working oriented than family oriented, with limited public space for socialising. Check in and check out a bit disorganised .

Room AC cooling was very low and even after technician visit it was not improved. So in this hot weather we couldn't sleep due to uncomfortable cooling. Room service was slow. Breakfast quality was just ok. Taste or freshness of many items weren't good. Not worth for money at all.

Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder gebucht. Bei Ankunft um 12 Uhr nachts mussten wir dann feststellen, dass nur das Doppelbett hergerichtet war. Das Schlafsofa war weder ausgezogen noch bezogen. Auch das angefragte Babybett war nicht da .

zwembad op het dak is enorm leuk en verfrissend, maar er mocht wel een parasol staan. Heel groot shoppingcentrum op 400m, ruime kamers.

jammer dat het zwembad gesloten was om 21u. Mocht gezegd worden. Anders zou dit een topbeleving geweest zijn met de verlichting in het donker

Breakfast - was good, good options Room - the view was perfect , comfy , quite Staff - professional and very supportive and friendly, housekeeping, receptionist and the hotel manager Location was super good , close to a famous mall in Muscat, surrounded with alot of restaurant, active area , mid of the city

Just loved having the breakfast available each morning. The Staff were exceptional.

Didnt really like having to walk 100mtres up the street to get a taxi for less price than at the hotel. Hotel pick up or drop off should be my choice !! not the hotels.

We have been asked to wait to check in when we reach there. We have not got any response from the front office staff for almost over 20-25 minutes. We have requested with other front office staff and completed the check in 5 minutes times with out any further delay. We were expected more better customer service from 4star hotel front office staff. Except that our stay was excellent

Ровно в 10 персонал начинал выгонять с завтраков, не очень то приятно. Бронировала номер на "высоком этаже", дали 3й, объяснив это тем, что произошел ребрендинг и еще какая-то чушь, хотя мой номер стоил дороже.

Good buffet breakfast. Parking is available and the location is good as its near to a mall and multiple eateries. Room is spacious and bed is extra large which makes its comfortable when travelling with kids. Roof top swimming pool is good.

Hotel is on amazing location and staff is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent and room was clean.

Breakfast could have more options as majority items were repeated each day. Bed sizes in the room could be slightly bigger. Additional Bed were also small. Location of the hotel was good to travel within prominent locations in the city.

Additional bed/mattresses could be provided for more comfort.

La struttura è vicina all’aeroporto, comoda da trovare, camera in buone condizioni pulita e luminosa. Abbiamo fatto il check out alla mattina e ci hanno permesso di fare una doccia alla sera prima di prendere il volo di rientro. Piscina all’ultimo piano con bel terrazzo in cui servono anche alcolici

Nice hotel, rooftop bar with outdoor pool. No problem with the parking, rich breakfast and friendly staff. Shopping mall nearby as well as several restaurants. Easy to find.

Home to home! The first thing came to my mind, as everyone is so nice and really friendly here. Loved it! Functional building, easy access to whatever you need. Such a guest support culture in this hotel. I was just having a casual chat with one of the managers and I mentioned that it’s a good idea to have porridge for breakfast. Next morning it was on my table! can you believe it! Reception and check in was like a VIP! Really quick, no hassle! 🙂🙏🏾 thank you! ☺️

Of course, it’s not a major issue, but I think the external windows must be cleaned more often as this hotel has a nice view of the city also the sea.
