Location is awesome . Convenient and near to all malls

I booked the 1 bedroom suite and unfortunately living room AC was not working at all. Complained several times but no action. Just technician comes and goes. No rectification. They fixed for last night only. Housekeeping was not upto marks. I need to ask towels, tissues. I don’t think any supervisor is monitoring the room services. Breakfast was monotonous and no changes for 3 mornings. Even they are not giving banana.

I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was completely unsatisfactory. The problems began from the moment I arrived at the reception desk. The receptionist asked me to wait until after another guest, but he never called me back and let several other guests check in before me. This behavior was highly unprofessional and very frustrating. Then, I encountered another issue in the room where the water was very cold and there was no warm water for a shower. When I reported this to the hotel management, they sent a technician who falsely claimed that the water had become warm, which turned out to be untrue. In the end, I had to request a room change, but this process took an entire day of hassle and waiting. Honestly, I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to the unprofessionalism of the staff and poor service. I hope the services are improved to avoid such experiences in the future.

The location is very good

Ambience, location

No towels during entire length of our stay. We were told by reception that no towels available. The telephones in the room/ toilet were not connected. If needed to reach Ops/ House keeping had to go down to lobby. Added inconvenience. Staff looked over worked and less staff at the breakfast, who were not able to handle rush at the breakfast. No order at breakfast. Took time for them to clean up after a guest.

Everything especially the breakfast, staff hospitality, nice smell in the lobby and corridors, artworks on the walls, and many beautiful things. Radisson is a very Elegant hotel and I booked it at a very good price. The location is amazing beside Panorama Mall, Grand Muscat Mall, Avenues Mall. By the way, try "Mehrab Restaurant" .. one of the best restaurants in the world for Mandi, Madfoon, Haneeth and all other Yemeni Food 🤩🤩

حبذا يتم عمل نوافذ مانعه للاصوات اصوات االسيارات تنسمع وانت بالغرفة

بصراحه المكان جميل بس ينقصه بعض لمسات ف الغرفه مثل مرايه ف الغرفه عند طاوله وبعض الاوادت تنظيف لدورة المياه مثل تجفيف الماء وكذلك مكواه لكي الملابس ومكينة تنشيف الشعر ولكم جزيل الشكر والتقدير 🌸

We had an extra room and bathroom which was good with 4 people sharing.

We had a two rooms with a shared door, a roller bed for our sons, which suited our needs but when we came back 2 weeks later they refused to give us the same the deal and wannted to charge us double for the same set up.

Location

Room was dirty . Oil spots everywhere and it smelled had to change the room at 1 am from the smell from the couch in the room very dirty . Asked for a manager in the morning was told he was unavailable.

Overall it was good

Daily cleaning was not there

I liked the size of the room and the amenities in it were fairly standard like all other places and so it was ok.

My room had a door that opened right at the poolside area and the view was nice but when I wanted to open it, it was closed. So, I requested it to be opened and I was told that someone shall come to assist but that never happened in the 3 days when I was staying there despite my reminders. Secondly, the furniture was old and had scratches on it. Needed polish surely.

Receptionist was trying to send us to there other property which was not good and was saying that this property is fully booked but after 10 minutes I booked from booking.com and he was having no words to say, infact I went to there other property but there it was very expensive.
