The suite room was absolutely fantastic! Their room was 10/10 clean. Rooftop pool area was relaxing with a nice view of the town.

All was good! Breakfast could be better.

Staffs were amazingly helpful and friendly - namely Christina and F Oumer - made our stay very welcoming and exceptionally comfortable. Would like to return and recommend to our friends and family

The location was fantastic. Really good for families. The hotel has a direct bridge link connecting the Grand Mall which is very useful. What was exceptional was the service that was provided by he entire team at the Grand Millennium, from the house keeping and restaurant staff all the way to the front desk and spa. Particular mention to Hind Al Hashmi for exceptional service- her professional courtesy and the manner in which she held her position is testament to the entire team at the hotel. Really impressed. My first visit to Muscat and the Grand Millennium, but definitely not my last.

Service is great... all are welcoming. Very clean bedroom. Prompt service and professional. Room service was good. Breakfast options are many.

Bathroom had rust stains and black borders to the corners of shower and bath tub and marble slabs in our room. No valet parking, but parking access and spots are close.

the location of the property is very good. The value you get for the money you pay makes it an ideal location. swimming pool is decent. Direct access to the mall. Enough parking spots.

some maintenance is surely required for the bath tub. I found reaching the reception through the phone take longer than I would expect it to be.
