موقع الفندق جيد وطاقم الأستقبال متعاون طلبت عبوات مياة شرب وتم توفيرها من قبل موظفة الأستقبال عربية الجنسية
اشكرها جدا
واجهت مشكلة في دخول الغرفه ولكن بمساعدت العامل الأسيوي اسمه نعمان حل المشكلة خلال 7 دقائق وافر شكر له

الفندق جميل جدا والطاقم اجمل
لم ارى مايمكن انتقاده سوى نوع الصابونات التي يوفرها الفندق اذا بالامكان رفع مستوى الجودة للافضل

Access to mall in underground of hotel, Location, Clean room and nice lobby
No view of my room, Water of swimming pool not clean, Phone not working and no function for service room, Not available Netflix also Tv don't have to much channels, Room don't have lighting standing or table

Bathroom are not hygiene. Cleaning staffs are only coming after 2.30 pm. Overall customer service is not good

دائماً أحجز في هذا الفندق لقربه من جميع الخدمات ، نظافة المكان ، سرعة الاستجابة لأي مشكله أو عطل .
كنت أود فقط لو أنه به سجاد حتى ولو قطع بسيطه ليس بالضروره أن يكون مفروشاً بالكامل .

استأجرت شقتين من عندهم. الغرف ضيقة

بصراحة كل شي في الفندق أعجبني ، المكان مريح جدا ، الفطور اكثر من رائع ، وقرب الفندق من كل شي ترفيهي سواء ان كانت الغرض من الرحله عائلي او العمل ، والموظفون اكثر من رائع
كل شي كان رائع معادا شي واحد الي هو انهم يوم اطلب شي حق الغرفه كان فيه شويت تاخير

There is no noise cancellation. I could hear people talking outside and doors banging which disturbed my sleep

Excellent support from front desk . Same team is there as 5 years ago which tells you a lot. we are definitely coming back .
location is good . Supermarkets is downstairs , plenty of parking .

location is central so it’s incredibly easy to get anywhere in Muscat. parking is free. the attached mall has a coffee shop open 24/7. the place was super clean and staff came daily to service the apartment. i would stay here again.
the beds were hard. the washer/dryer did not dry clothes.

Very accomodating staff. We requested for early check-in because we arrived early and the staff accommodated us.
