It’s a lovely place, I love the environment. The manager really assisted us, and We enjoyed our stay . Thank you for hosting us and given us necessary assistance. I will recommend them 100 times. Also the children are always referring to the apartment as the best of all the apartment they have stayed.

Property is very good. Host replies everything on WhatsApp or call very quickly. All the facilities are there in the apartment
It is not above the railway station but above the railway track. Location wise it is little far from central London , but it’s manageable, you need to manage with tube connectivity

Owner was helpful, we were missing quite some stuff in the apartment, like cutlery, pillows, glasses etc. Owner made sure the next day all was available..
We were moved from the apartment in Woolwich to a place in Lewisham. Although this apartment was closer to city center it was not easy to reach. Also the place was far from clean and smelled like paint. The shower was really bad. Hardly any water pressure. Not equipped for 5 persons.

Check in instruction was wrong, and response from owner was very slow, then I wasted time meaninglessly.
Parking lots are not equipped, and free Wi-Fi is not available, these are different from info.
Water runs at one shower room, and it’s difficult or impossible to stop it.
Hot water in bath room was not stable, and we couldn’t use shower for 1st night.
Outside was noisy at night, like trains ran, people shouted outside, music came out from a bar outside.
People upstairs walked and ran at night.
Name of this room is not correct for me, in other words, this room is not gorgeous at all for me.
I felt I was cheated.

it was spacious, secure and had 2 bathrooms which helped. Netflix helped for pass time.
location is far from east London, family bathroom was stinking due to a hole underneath the bathtub walls, didn’t have secure parking had to park on street.
there wasn’t hand wash and bodywash in the toilets

The smell, the kitchen was damaged and not clean, the floors were dirty.
It was a long way to the shops.

a little tired in places but did not make any difference. Could do with a couple of items in the kitchen like t towels

the rooms were a nice size, the bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of water for showering. There wasn’t an iron but the owner went to buy one as I needed it for my evening outfit. We wanted an extra key as we were going out separately and the owner got us one cut without any qualms.
We weren’t provided with a tea towel which was a pain when washing up. The weather was that scorching weekend of high 30’s and one of the bedroom windows didn’t open and the one that did was restricted, we really could have done with a fan.

Very good value for the price, (regarding the crazy accomodation situtation in London). Although not too close to the city center, it is very close to a subway station with a lot of lines (Elisabeth, DLR and also Southeastern and Thameslink). Also there is a huge Tesco extra nearby, which was open from 6am till midnight every day. We quite liked the Woolwich neighbourhood, perfectly safe even at late night.
The flat itself has two bedrooms plus a spacious living room with a kitchen. All the beds are double, so it is perfect for 2 couples, but can be okay even for 6 people (there are 2 bathrooms!) Fridge, microwave and oven, and also some basic kitchenware are provided.
And also there is a small balcony, with an amazing view to the Thames.
The place war pretty basic, cleannes was okay,-isch.
All in all we were very lucky we found it (especially in London, we found some horrific places for much more money). We would definitely stay here again.
Even though it is on the 6th floor, there are train tracks at the bottom of the building, it can be pretty loud when the train passes by every 30 or so minutes (probably less frequent during the night). Sleeping with the windows open is not possible, with them closed it can still be a bit noisy. But even though i am light sleeper, after all day of sightseeing in London, i had no problem falling asleep, so for me it was perfectly fine. But bring earplugs if you are very sensitive. Otherwise it is a quiet residential building with silent neighbours.
Also the bed was very soft, so not the best if you have back problems.

the location is full of tasty, in a multiethnic borough on (wow) Elizabeth tube line! so in 20 min you can be in downtown.
the apartment is unbelievable big, two bedrooms and two separated bathroom, with a very brightly living room which has a view directly on the Thames river.
the owner was so kind, easy to check in and check out, the build is safe with a doorman all day long.
I will come back

Not far from Woolwich Arsenal Station.
It was not gorgeous as described, it was in need of some attention and had basic facilities only.
It was very noisy as it was right next to train tracks.

Great location. Short walk to buses, trains and shops.

The location was fine, easy transport link.
The access to the flat was great from a safety point.
The entrance to the building had old appliances and broken furniture. A drunk person was lying on the floor the day of our arrival. The kitchen sink stank. The washing machine was filthy and mildew on the rubber inside. There was a general mildew smell in the bathroom and storage cupboards. The pillows were soggy and needed replacing.
