The rooms were ok. The staff was friendly, however the restaurant staff was in my humble opinion not very professional. Breakfast staff on the other hand was again ok and breakfast itself was extensive. Enough choice, both in Thai food as well as international food. Every day breakfast varied.
Rooms were clean. Comfy beds.
The shower was leaking. Using the handshower had the rain shower leaking and vice versa. :-(
It seems as if every hotel in Thailand has the same issues regarding maintenance.
Last thing we did not like dis regarding the location of the hotel. When going into the city by taxi or tuk tuk is no problem, but the way back is an issue. Especially in the (late) evening. Several taxi drivers refused to take us back to the hotel complaining about traffic jams etc. :-(

Good location - short ride away from destinations all over Bangkok. Swimming pool with tiny gym.
Okay price quality. Staff hardly speaks English but tries to still be as helpful as they can.

The hotel was worth the price. The staff are really friendly and willing to assist with providing information and assistance to our requirements. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to major tourist attractions and shopping malls. Two 7-eleven stores within walking distance.

Bed was super comfortable, breakfast had loads of good selection
Reception staff were not very helpful, felt like they didnt really care. Just wanted to get you away from the area.

the room was not thoroughly cleaned. even though the dinner was very tasty, the breakfast was just average. The bank card terminal did not work, which was quite unpleasant.

The location. If you do not have a car, it is horrible. Even with taxi.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent bed. Easy to arrive by train from the airport.
Quite far from main spots of interest. Impersonal hotel. The breakfast could be better.

Breakfast was plain and simple. Cheap! Location was not good. Next to a very busy road and underneath the Express way. Noisy and polluted. Fridge was warm not even cold, no information sheets and I eventually got the safe working after the 20th time. Not value for money.

The concierge was lovely and helpful. We were able to store our bags at the hotel before we checked in and after we checked out. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Our room was at the front of the hotel where people would come to check in / the outdoor seating area and so if we opened the curtains it was not very private.
The location was far from public transport options so we tended to walk to get around.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Clean room that was well maintained and cleaned daily by housekeeping. Modern looking hotel.
The cheeseburger room service meal wasn't that great and took around 40 minutes to arrive which by the time it did. The food was cold.

very clean, nice pool, friendly staff (little low in english but okay), nice Hotel with 2 7-11 nearby and small street food area.
buses are all nearby but everything else is a little far. by foot hard to reach (eg. kohsan road 35 min).
breakfast was okay but not amazing. Food could habe been a little hotter.
a little far from everything worth to visit. next time we would chose another area.
