Posizione ottima, staff gentilissimo e anche il ristorante appena sotto veramente buono e disponibili, colazione ottima in un terrazzo meraviglioso.
Aggiungerei solo qualcosa di dolce in più alla colazione.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag ausreichend. Wir sind insgesamt 4 Tage geblieben und es wurde jeden Tag der selbe Käse hingelegt, der spätestens am 3. Tag nicht mehr genießbar war. Ebenso war es beim Brot. Dieses war unserem letzten Tag sehr sehr alt und super hart.

Almost everything was perfect during our stay.
The receptionist was very friendly, and the other staff were nice and helpful.
The room was very clean.
We booked a room with a jacuzzi, it was amazing. It also had a view over the pool.
The pool was really nice but closed a bit too early (17:00 or 17:30)
Breakfast was rich and abundant with many local pastries.
The hotel staff were nice to let us check-in 2h early.
An elevator is available, unlike many similarly priced hotels in Ksamil.
The hotel is within walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
The pictures of the jacuzzi are different from reality. In the pictures it's a 2 seat jacuzzi but it's actually the size of a bathtub.

L’emplacement. La piscine est bien mais la terrasse est vraiment trop petite.
Des odeurs d'égouts écœurantes remontaient dans la chambre et celle-ci était très petite, la terrasse de la piscine est vraiment minuscule et les horaires d’accès trop restrictif et la deuxième piscine est à l’ombre. Le deuxième café du petite déjeuné était payant. Nous n’avions pas de wifi sur la terrasse de notre chambre ni dans les toilettes. Le personnel d’accueil très peu sympathique, heureusement que les femmes de ménage étaient vraiment adorables.

O hotel é novo muito bem localizado, pode-se andar a qualquer parte de Ksamil porque é bem localizado, cama é muito confortável, staf muito atenciosos!

Not the best quality interior, interior is modern but looks cheap, also had smell in the room from repair.
Pool was ok, nice view from balcony but we had room which directly goes to the pool and there were People next to our Window room and our terrace beacause the pool is for all guests.
They had some small problems with electricity - nothing very disturbing but still could be nice to inform the guests about some repairs.

Booked for my birthday a room with Jacuzzi and the owner allotted the room with a bigger one within the room which I appreciated. The only downside of this room is that you don't get a good view outside the balcony as it's not road facing which other rooms enjoy.
Beach i.e King/Poda is 5/7 mins walk from the hotel. Good and courteous staff and good breakfast. Parking outside the hotel is free but is limited to only 3 cars and it gets really dusty there!
Of the two nights, there was no hot water one night for the Jacuzzi at 10pm, went downstairs to check but there was no one at the reception to complain. Also the next morning there was no hot water for the shower at around 10.30am, spoke to the owner at the reception during check out and he mentioned there was hot water but honestly there wasn't. My guess is it could be because it was cloudy the entire last day hence the solar didn't work properly but god knows what was wrong.

Struttura nuova e pulita, letti comodi, disponibilità massima del titolare per qualsiasi tipo di problema. Posizione ottima, vicino alle più belle spiagge. Ascensore, parcheggio, piscina tutti servizi che contribuiscono a rendere una vacanza migliore. Colazione salata abbondante e variegata, un po meno quella dolce. Sono felice di avervi scelto.

La habitación está muy bien y limpia. La cama es bastante cómoda.
El personal ha sido agradable y atento en todo momento
la ubicación no es justo en la playa pero está bastante cerca, andando es menos de 5 minutos

La estancia en Ilio Boutique Hotel fue muy agradable. Nada más llegar nos atendieron en la recepción con una sonrisa y ya tenían lista la habitación a pesar de que llegamos antes de la hora de entrada. La habitación era amplia, cama cómoda, baño grande con bañera hidromasaje y tumbonas privadas en la terraza con vistas a la piscina.

We loved the front pool. We stayed all night outside jumping and swimming in the pool. The water was really warm and clean. There was a robot around cleaning it which was kind of fun. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Beach is close but we prefer to stay at the pool.

We liked everything about this hotel since the check in and now.The room is spacious and the bed is very comfy.
I did not use the pool,but the two pools were very clean and big.Everything was very near like 2 minutes walk.
We even ate dinner at the restaurant on the first floor which was perfect and delicious.The staff is very kind and helpful,they gave us enough information for everything we asked about.Unfortunately we couldn’t stay more days here but for sure we will be back.

New redesigned hotel with two swimming pools. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable, restaurant has a great menu and the chef is the best. We stayed at the pool all day because the water was so warm and we will be there next month, probably at the same room.
