My favorite is our guide Brian. He is friendly and welcoming. I stayed with my older parents, and he would be patient with us even if they move slow. He answered our questions, took our photos, shared with us information.
For the company, I think you should include the whole itinerary in the email so as to set the expectations for everyone and nothing gets lost in translation.
Also include a menu prices of drinks at the dining table.
At cat ba island, we were told that if you cannot bike, we can rent a scooter car. And i dont know what that is. Better to include photos perhaps because it has different names in different places, like an electronic car, or golf cart as we call it.
The food was ok. Nothing special but ok

The staff were fantastic, especially the tour guide Brian. The experience was well thought out and was perfect for exploring what ha long bay has to offer.

The cruise was amazing and the location was quite nice in the Ha Long Bay. The staff was super friendly
The plan was the same for two days. So we had to do the same thing two days which was kind of boring. The toilet in our bathroom was leaking and there was a bad smell in the bathroom because of that. They can focus a bit more on the cleanliness and maintenance of the room and bathroom

great room and was very clean. bonus is you always have a great view from your window! staff was great and had lots of knowledge about the area!
didn’t get on the boat until around 1pm and got off the next day around 1130am which makes the 2day/1 night go very fast.

For the price we did not expect a perfect boat so it did the job! When the toilet did not flush they fixed it straight away. Food was lovely and lots of it (inc crab, oysters and prawns!) Catered to dietary requirements too. The kayak/bikes aren't in the best of condition but a fun activity!
Felt better booking it on here than some agency. The shuttle bus is extra but was pristine! Got a bottle of water on it then another in the room (other drinks are charged). They booked us an onward bus to Ninh Binh rather than back to Hanoi.
Very shoddy/dirty boat so keep expectations at a minimum so you are not disappointed (eg. Contact lense stuck next to bed, bathroom flooded when you used the sink, for some inexplicable reason what seemed to be a sanitary pad on the ceiling?? Guess they have a quick cleaning turn around between guests). Karaoke was a microphone with one of the staff's phones on youtube to sing along (quickly gave up due to screechy feedback and phone kept locking)

The staff and the stay in general
The information in booking is not correct. We were offered a bus to peak us from the hotel and take us to the cruise. We were ask to pay in cash the bus and the whole booking on our way to the cruise when in booking says that cards are accepted.

If you come with the right attitude, you will have a great time with them. Of course, it's not Marriott, but the facilities are more than adequate, food is great and the crew goes a very long way to accommodate you in the best possible way. Hai, our guide, was absolutely spectacular. If you hear me at the Sunlight office, give him a raise!
