Super schöne Anlage mit grossen Familienzimmer, wo das WLAN auch super funktioniert! Das Zimmer, die Anlage, der Zimmerservice und die Gästebetreuung ist 5 Sterne wert!!!

Sorry, aber das Essen war absolut unterirdisch. Wer geschmackloses Massenfrass liebt, ist dort genau richtig! Hier müsste man eigentlich 0 Sterne geben.

Essen, sehr monoton, immer das gleiche, wenig Obst, Kaffeeautomat oft defekt, nur Pulverkaffee zum Frühstück. Trotz All Inclusive, für Trinkgeld hat man frischgepresste O-Saft bekommen, sonst nur orangefarbene Wasser mit künstlichen Geschmack. Das Wein war auch ungenießbar, allgemein das Essen qualitativ sehr schlecht. Ein Mitarbeiter vom Hotel ist paar mal abends an unsere Tisch gekommen, und hat versucht uns überreden sofort gute Bewertungen zu schreiben( für eine Flasche besseres Wein).

The visual appearance of the resort is fabulous, looks oriental, yet quite modern and appealing and attractive. The coral reef in close vicinity is a bonus, my family and I absolutely adored the snorkeling off the pier cuz the "rave-party" fish are a must see, so beautiful! We also enjoyed the aquapark, really nice choice of tobogan (slides) with nicely siliconized segments (in contrast to usual problems with notches which can hurt you and scratch you). The vinicity of the sea (shoreline) and the long walk on the promenade is a big plus! The staff also organized a little birthday celebration in the main restaurant at the breakfast time for my son which was also very nice. The dinners at the a la carte restaurants (for which you get two vouchers if you stay for a week) were absolutely delicious. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the best levels of cleanliness is definitely the pools, they are maintained every day in the morning and they look pristine.

Although the rooms look nice you can clearly see that the finishing touch of the rohbau work is a bit off, or at least not to the european standards. Also the main restaurant serves pretty much the same food all throughout the week and it is not all that tasty actually, at least not what I expected for a five star hotel. They also tend to recycle the food. The choice of meats served is pretty poor and the portions of meat served by the cooks are really small. The other thing I did not like is that the beautiful beach in front of the resort is actually quite unfriendly for swimmers. There is no way you can just walk off the shore into the sea cuz of the rocks and the corals which are really sharp and the sea is just too shallow to swim in it, unless you take a long walk along the pier and then swim off the pier. However even from the pier you are under constant surveillance of the baywatch guards who are blowing their whistles all the time and getting on everyone's nerves because they won't to let you just swim wherever. All in all, I was pleased with the hotel, although one must be aware of the fact that egyptian 5 stars is a far way for european or at least croatian 5 stars.
