Situation of hotel surrounded by large static holiday home park which was not clear at all from any of the listings/photos

The bed was 2 twins pushed together meaning there was a sore but in the middle where they met

The manager on desk Shannon was supper friendly & helpful she made our stay! I’d stay again! The bed was the best we have ever had and I’m fussy!!

The breakfast was very poor! We had the fry and it was poorly cooked and poor quality ingredients I think! The bacon so thin. Fried egg was shocking like hard boiled greasy. Others would never put on a plate! The service also very poor! Under staffed and under trained I think on service!

The rooms were modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The location was generally good for what we needed. A bit of a step from the town but absolutely perfect if you plan to golf at Royal Portrush and drive around to the causeway coastal route. Liked the ease of getting gluten free food.

While the rooms are very modern I wished there wasn't a sensor light in the bathroom. It was fine when you were awake but if one person got up to go to the bathroom the light came on and didnt go off for about 10 minutes which wasnt ideal with the frosted glass bathroom door. Would much prefer a switch.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. The location was excellent and we had a beautiful seaview. Both our evening meal and breakfast in the bistro were excellent.

No bad points at all.
