Lyn and her husband are fun and friendly people. Their bach has everything you need in a house and more. We enjoyed our break there, as well as their company. We will return, for sure. Love the area too!

Lyn and Julian's lovely cottage has got all the attention to the details you'd wish for. It's got all the amenities one might need and most importantly stunning views of the sunrise early in the morning. We'd be back again!

Incredible!
This might have been our favorite stay during our trip to New Zealand. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. The cottage is in a beautiful picturesque setting with easy access to a number of different activities. Lyn was also extremely helpful and gave us a lot of helpful tips and recommendations to allow us to make the most of our time on the North Island. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here!

Birdsong, peace and comfort
Everything about our stay was perfect, from the warm welcome to the excellent facilities and the calming birdsong. A very happy stay in a spotlessly clean bach. All the touristy aspects of Roturua are within easy reach but here you are secluded and peaceful. We'd love to come back.

The owners were wonderful. I liked how they took the time to get to know us in our short stay. I would definitely stay here again. The cottage was lovely. It was nice to stay within distance of the main city, but away in a nice relaxing place.

A Perfect place to stay!
Lyn and Julian are wonderful hosts, the cottage is comfortable and well outfitted and the setting is peaceful and quiet. An encounter with Smith (the cat) was a huge plus for us who missed our 🐱.

Nice little house for a couple, spotless clean, with good WiFi and equipped with everything one could ever need for a comfortable stay. We have been to many holiday homes in different countries and hardly ever saw a kitchen that was groomed as well as the one we found at Lyn's place.
