Clean, spacious property with large kitchen, outdoor patio & rooftop view of ocean few blocks away. Near several restaurants & quick access to the center of La Jolla.

We had a great stay at this house. The location was perfect for walking around La Jolla with lots of places to eat and things to do. The house was clean and nicely updated. The owners checked in with us everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is lovely and in a perfect location. It was easy to walk to the shore, shops, and restaurants. We had a few questions and it was so easy to get in touch with management and they promptly answered us. We would stay here again.

This was a home with huge space for all of us. Easy to spread out. The home was very clean. It was sparsely stocked. No books or games and no oil/seasonings in the kitchen. They did have a lot of beach toys.

This large townhouse is within walking to distance to everything you want to see in La Jolla. We stayed for 3 nights and the property was ideal for our family of 5.

There were five of us staying at this terrific home to celebrate an early Christmas with my son who lives down the street. Each and every member of our group remarked a number of times how great the house was. Perfect set up, plenty of dishes, cookware, space, towels - really everything. The management company was wonderfully communicative - and we needed nothing. I saw someone had commented on the exterior noise - and truly we had no issues with that whatsoever. Money well-spent to stay at this property! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and it’s central location. There was lots of room to spread out which worked for naps for the young ones. It would have been nice to have a bunk bed in one of the rooms. But other than that, everything was walkable, clean, and met our expectations.

There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep. We were close enough to sightseeing spots so driving was not a problem. The 2 car garage was a real plus, as it accommodated a large GMC and a mid sizeToyota. Having really good spots to eat really made it for us, especially since we could walk to them. We brought in the food at night, older ladies don’t like to drive at night, so lounging around the dinner table after a wonderful meal was a real plus. The only drawback? Two stories,but in the scheme of things that was minor. We managed the stairs with no problem. The idea of the third floor deck was appealing, but too hard for us and as it turned out we never saw the sun. Such is life.

Very nice, clean and convenient place to stay. Check in was a little bit of a hassle but fixed right away. Definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this La Jolla property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The roof top deck and back patio were wonderful!

I (or a relative) have used VRBO at least once or twice a year for the past decade or so. We have always been more than happy with our rentals as they are usually under sold. This is the first time we rented from a corporation instead of a private individual and it showed. There was no welcome gift - not even a bottle of water. There was a book of instructions, again not very welcoming. We even had to buy salt and pepper as the fridge and cabinets were completely empty, oh there was just enough coffee to make one pot. Very limited dishes and cooking utensils. One dish rag and dish towel. One face, hand and bath towel per guest. The book said we could as for more of everything but the point of renting from VRBO instead of staying at a hotel is for the feel of home, not hotel. The house itself was nice. Again not a welcoming place as everything was very sterile. It was also not private and in a quiet area as touted. It was one house off the main street. You accessed the garage going through an alley between two restaurants that were open late. Lots of foot and delivery truck traffic in the alley. Bottom line was I was looking for something more removed and quiet - I should have asked more questions when I booked as you aren't given the actual address until after reserving. I will book through VRBO again - just with an individual, not a corporation.

The location of this property was nice. Very residential neighborhood but close to several great restaurants. The home was roomy, beds were comfortable, furniture was nice. BUT... several things needed to be addressed. Directions for television operations in binder need to be more specific, gas grill was not clean and did not work. We had to call to get repaired. After 2 days and wonderful meal we went to use dishwasher only to find it didn’t work either. After Doing some investigation we found slightly used soap tab in washer compartment from past renters So we know there had to be a previous problem. Dishwasher was never fixed. Also because of this issue it sure would have been nice to have more than 1 T towel to dry all of the dishes— Always another problem getting parts... etc. This lead to undo stress. This is the 5th VRBO property for us and have always given 5 stars. I do not think it is to much to ask that the property management make sure things are in working order. Do a check list—- We as renters are told everything we must do when renting a property but they do not do the same.

My family and I travelled to La Jolla for Thanksgiving and a wedding and this property was perfect for both purposes. It's lovely and large with plenty of room for the six of us. The location is terrific as it is within an easy walk of the village and tons of shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful spacious townhouse with lots of charm and comfort. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the sofa sleeper is in a separate living room downstairs that can be used as a 4th bedroom if desired. The patio is lovely and private. It is located on a residential street but it is only a 1/4 of a block away from a main village street with lots of places to eat and shop. The beach is a few blocks away. There is a convenient 2 car garage as well as street parking. The management company is very helpful. Great place. Would love to come back!!

Plenty to see and do in the area and all accessible within a short walk. Restaurants and shopping just blocks away and the beach is just a couple blocks away! Ocean views from the spacious upper balcony, a quiet courtyard for morning coffee or a shady afternoon break. Very clean and spacious. Stayed there with 5 friends for a girls getaway and had a great experience.

This home is located within walking distance to the village shops and beach. Great to wake up early, walk to multiple coffee/breakfast places and the beach for gorgeous views! Famous tacos and surf shop right around the corner as well. Home was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and linens. Quaint courtyard right off the living room and kitchen areas gave home open feel perfect for our group. Also, the keypad lock on front door made it easy for our group to come and go without worrying about who had a key, or someone getting locked out. Bluewater management company was very accommodating. I would rent vacation homes from them in future. Thank you!

Large 3 bedroom well appointed home with fabulous outdoor spaces to gather. I stayed here with 5 friends for a birthday celebration and we enjoyed the roomy gathering spaces, large kitchen and the luxury of not driving to all the villiage has to offer. Management company was professional, courteous and made our stay quite pleasant.

This house was great for our family get together. Can walk to beach, grocery store, restaurants. House was modern and clean. Taco stand around corner was great. Management company was professional, communicated well and made transaction easy,thanks.

The house came exactly as advertised. Excellent location with easy walk to shopping and the beach. The electronic locks made it easy to get in even when arriving late at night. Easy parking on the street and garage if necessary. Large, clean modern well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and sitting room all comfortable. Great deck in back and another rooftop deck with morning sun and ocean view. 3 large bedrooms, with 2 clean well appointed bathrooms. Nice linens and beach towels with extra beach equipment in garage. BarBQ on back deck large and powerful. Good wifi. Management company was easy to deal with. We were a family of 5 and it worked perfectly for us. No significant criticism thus the 5 star rating.
