The room was literally stinking shut if windows opened as it was a smoking room. the staff was not good. The service was bad. M usual traveller bt this was d worst experience

Breakfast was good

No internet facility. WIFI password is not given until asked for. Reading light was not working. Response to call was very poor. I had a headache in the night, but no medicines were available at the reception. Hot water was not available in the bathroom at 7.30 am in the morning, it was only slight warm water. When asked the staff says you don't know hoe to operate the taps, we can do only so much.

Worst experience I have had with these guys, staffs at the reception needs to get trained on how to talk to customers. Even with the booking they told me that the booking details have not been received. Was asked to pay to some personal Gpay account for staying inn. During check-out they charged me extra 1k. The room service staffs were the only ones that behaved more trained than the once at front desk. NOT WORTH!!!!!

Rooms are not clean, cockroaches are roaming in the room as well in toilets.

Break fast, Lunch and Dinneŕ. The food they offered was palatable, they had varieties. No complaints whatsoever.

Their 4th floor rooms dirty, the toilet, shower area nasty which I showed it to the Duty Manager Mr.Salman. He later moved me to 2nd floor with a bigger room, slightly better toilet/shower.

Room & Bathroom both where not cleaned , TV we need to request multiple times, We had power cut issues, Switch boards where not working correctly, chief don't know difference between fruit salad and Fruit Cut.

Worth Money. Very Clean. Soothing Ambiance.
