Location and traditional sea side hotel feel

The staff were respectful, welcoming, professional. Each request was met with a positive attitude and this made my sister & I feel comfortable/ at home. The location was great! Directly facing the seafront and a decent view from the room, comfy beds. 😊
Perhaps a bit more flexibility on checking out time. (Mainly because we wanted to stay longer!)

the in house bar didn’t open in the afternoon, would have been nice to go back to the hotel and just chill with a drink

Fantastic location, the hotel had obviously been refurbished/updated recently, spotlessly clean through out with exceptionally friendly staff.
We didn’t book the dinner as other arrangements had been made prior to departure but the breakfast was good.

Very clean hotel room and bathroom .also very quiet.
The mattress on the bed was dreadful .when you sat on it it sank to the base

the bed clothes were changed every day the bed sheets had stains on them not one day did the sheets have no stains on them

Everything was fine but room for improvement with menu and portion size.

The hotel is lovely, set on the sea front. Although I didn't have a sea view the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and professional.
The weather was hot, this made the room very warm. Even with the window open it didn't cool the room down, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep in. I mentioned it in conversation and a member of staff offered me a fan.
