Etwas abseits des großen Trubels von Hoi An liegt das Hotel wunderschön am Flussufer, und bis zum Strand sind es auch nur wenige Meter.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einige kleine Läden (Touristenpreise) und Essensmöglichkeiten.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick gebucht. Ordentlich eingerichtet und geräumig, wirkte es allerdings etwas steril. Umso schöner war der Ausblick!
Das Frühstück war dürfrig und eher unterdurchschnittlich, aber auch dem geschuldet, dass so wenige Gäste im Hotel waren. So gab es nur am letzten Tag ein Frühstücksbuffet.

Purtroppo avevamo una stanza comunicante, e la prima notte/mattina avevamo una famiglia di cinesi che definirli “maleducati” è quasi un complimento x loro, alle 5’del mattino già urlavano e bambini che correvano e usavano giochi stra rumorosi, fortuna è stato solo 1 giorno!

The staff at this property were exceptional. Very friendly and always willing to help. We only stayed for 4 nights but we were treated as though we were regular guests. Anna and 'Superman' on the front desk couldn't do more for us and Charlie the bar manager was exceptional giving us advice on where to visit.
The property is a little dated and could do with a bit of a re-vamp in the public areas and especially around the pool area. There needs to be more sun loungers around the pool area for the size of the property too and perhaps some umbrellas.

Delightful staff who did everything possible to make our stay special. Breakfast with egg station was excellent.
Room location on ground floor alongside river gave great views with fishing boats returning from ocean.
The free shuttle to Hoi An was perfect but a later evening return would make it more convenient.

Staff were lovely and the room was nice and in a lovely area right by the beach. Breakfast was also good compared to a lot of other places we have stayed in Vietnam. The fitness centre needs to be updated a little 🩷

Super friendly staff. Rooms with view over the river are very nice. You feel very welcome here, I can really recommend it. First time I got a hug from the hotel manager when leaving. Fantastic place.

Excellent location right on the river. Rooms were spacious and clean. All staff we met did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was very enjoyable.
Very little. The property has undergone and still is undergoing renovation. The work does not interfere with current guests stays. A few areas are dated but in some ways, this adds to its appeal.

Staff were so helpful. 4km from Hoi An wasnt a problem as we walked across the road & hired mopeds for $6NZ per day. Really close to beach which is expansive & beautiful. 3 restaurants across the road and plenty on the beach. Bought beers across the road and sat on the deck watching the fisherman in the river. Great stay.
Showers on the 3rd floor lack pressure but not really a problem as I popped next door for a hair wash.

Lovely calm place to stay away from Hoi An
We could use free bikes to get to Hoi An which took 30 minutes cycle
Really friendly staff and happy to help arrange thingd
We were upgraded which was fab to have the extra space and a nice big room on the ground floor
Little baby frog visiting us in the bathroom !!!

I enjoyed the place for the money, I wouldn't say it's a resort in the sense of the multi-million dollar places down the coast. Location only 2 min walk to beach, our room looked over the river, which was lovely in the evening, with the put-put boats passing by for fishing. People may have mixed feelings on the place obviously, but what stuck out for me, was the staff, ever so helpful and pleasant, nothing seemed a problem to them, as someone who been in Vietnam for over 20 years, this is a rare quality.
Little bit dated, but that seems the style in places like Hoi An.

It was a nice boutique hotel but it advertised a beach access which was not entirely true their affiliate beach access was not available due to typhoon recovery. Overall staff was helpful and professional.
It could use some updating of facility.
