Overall, my stay with family was good. ambience was O.K. Lakeview, which the hotel was advertised with a Hype was not to that high level, because lake was sort of dead like. Breakfast was O.K., choices were minimum compared to other 4 stars hotel. Pool looks like small, may be because of crowd. Omelet making person at restaurant was very nice, he served with smile even though too much rush was there! Housekeeping staffs were nice, attended calls and took actions promptly. A shopping mall and small restaurants were also available nearby. Property was clean and well maintained. Bell boy Moosa was excellent, he served with a smile always. One of the lifts seems faulty as it was giving beep sound most of the time while you get in !!

When we ask for late check out (instead of 12 noon till 1 p.m.) I felt, the way lady receptionist answered was not politely!! What I believe you can answer 'No' but if you are working in hospitality industry there is way to say 'No' !!

Location and facilities perfect for visiting family. Mousa the luggage man is an excellent ambassador for the hotel and goes above and beyond our expectations.

A bit noisy late at night occasionally from children in the next room

The location is absolutely tremendous, although quite far from tourism attractions yet the location allows you to avoid all the traffic. The convenience of this property is amazing, everything is a walking distance of a maximum 4 mins including supermarket, bank, mcdonalds, costa, subway, bakery, salons. The lake view is priceless and you can have a very nice walk around the lake. There is a huge comfort in the location and the convenience. Amazing for couples or romantic trips

The room was so consumed and old. Requires massive renovation. The iron table had disgusting stains! There is no plug for phone charging near the bed The lunch buffet was so disappointing, although they said buffet it was buffet only for the salads and bread and then the main course is a set menu with very limited options. The bathroom in the room had a toilet that was loose from its place, poor lighting, the mirror was damaged. The daily cleaning was not good, they take used towels and then put only one and you have to request for more. Every time they clean they don’t refill the drinks, everytime they forget to through the garbage. All I saw was making the bed.

The property was truly exceptional and impeccably maintained. This was my second time staying there and each time I have felt completely at home. The staff, especially Mr. Dheraj and Miss Zahra, deserve a special mention for their outstanding hospitality and positive attitude. Their efforts truly made my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their excellent service once again. Keep up the great work, guys! See you soon.
