Airport taxi took us straight to the door; we booked in with no problems. Room was good, 7th floor and a good size. The windows were amazingly good at soundproofing; open, we heard every noise on the street, but closed, nothing. Air conditioning was good and believe me it was necessary. Everything appeared clean and in good condition and room service was very good. The hotel was quiet, we rarely met other guests, and well situated so that we left the main street with all the hustle and bustle and things quietened down as we approached the hotel, but out of the door, turn right or left and we're immediately back in the city life with Wenceslas Square just round the corner. Breakfast was good, with a good selection and attentive staff. Reception arranged our return airport taxi to the minute. I liked the experience and there was little to find fault with.
It's difficult to find any problems or faults, we enjoyed the stay, but some small points that may inform other travellers: the shower is in the bath which is quite high-sided and even I at over six feet tall found it required caution to step in and out, although there are plenty of grab handles. Just a small point as it was very clean and worked very well!
One other thing we may have misunderstood - the hotel bar opening times, or operation? We arrived back from an evening out and went to the bar for drinks at around 10pm, but were told ten minutes later that the bar was closing, so we had to leave. There seemed to be no facility for a quiet drink in the hotel itself. A comfortable chair with a cocktail would have been nice but we couldn't see any opportunity.

Excelente ubicación (súper cerca para ir andando de estación central de Praga, desde donde puedes coger bus directo al aeropuerto, y al lado del centro), excelentes instalaciones, limpieza y buen desayuno.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Perfekt vom Einchecken, Zimmer, Lager, auch das Frühstück war seine 20 EUR mehr als wert. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hotel was an absolute delight to stay in, starts with the vibe of the hotel, interior is stunning, vibrant, and so charming, my partner instantly fell in love with it. Our room was absolutely spotless and an the bed incredibly comfortable. Staff couldn't have been any nicer to us, helpful, friendly, welcoming, especially their trainee as she was checking us in. Earlier check-in was possible too, which we appreicated greatly. Lastly, our breakfast was just as amazing as the rest of our stay in the hotel, buffet was rich and always stocked. All in all an amazing hotel which is worth a strong recommendation as well as another visit in the future. Dakuj!

A bit of a shame there was no gym or pool for a 5 stay hotel. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby gym, but you have to pay extra for that :( There was a very limited selection of vegetarian options at the main hotel restaurant, so we didn’t eat there, which was a shame

The hotel is located very close to the main strain station in Prague which is very useful. The breakfasts are good. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have a large bath.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wygodny hotel zlokalizowany w centrum miasta. Oferta śniadaniowa rewelacyjna, dobra kawa. Wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka. Bardzo miły i przyjazny personel w recepcji.
Zdecydowanie za sucho, wentylacja mocno wysusza pomieszczenia. Obsługa kelnerska (na śniadaniach) za bardzo natarczywa, nie mająca pojęcia o symbolice ułożenia sztućców na talerzu. Gość hotelowy nie zdąży zjeść posiłku do końca a naczynia są błyskawicznie zabierane ze stołu, w zamian nie przynoszą nowych sztućców. Przyjmują zamówienia na kawę czy herbatę nie przynosząc ich potem. Hotel 5*, niestety bez basenu. Nie przystaje to do jakości hotelu.

Hi we loved our staying at your hotel. The room was cleaned and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and all staff was very friendly and welcoming! Kudos to them.
The only downside was the parking fee, away to expensive. Id like to have be informed the price at the time of the check in. So I could have the option to park or not park inside the the property. Other than that everything else was very good.

Très bel hôtel (peut-être un peu dans son jus mais cela fait partie du charme de l’ensemble), chambres spacieuses et agréables, personnel attentif et aimable, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, proximité immédiate de l’ensemble des lieux culturels à visiter.
Literie un peu raide.
Le petit déjeuner gagnerait en qualité à proposer des produits frais et à varier certains plats/aliments.
Température des chambres trop chaude et difficile à régler.

Das Zimmer war besonders schön. Die Größe war außergewöhnlich, alles andere als beengt. Auch die Größe des Bettes war einzigartig, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Ambiente des Hauses ist hervorzuheben, die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit beeindrucken. Die Lage ist perfekt, einerseits die kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof aber auch die Nähe zum Wenzelsplatz und der Altstadt.

Hotel molto bello, veramente elegante e sofisticato.
Stanza ben arredata, in pieno stile retrò elegante, pulita, letto enorme, non ho mai visto un letto così grande, e comodo (nonostante siano due letti uniti, la separazione non si sente per nulla, al contrario di altri posti).
La stanza, come tutto l'hotel, è ben riscaldata.
Nonostante l'hotel sia in pieno centro, la stanza non è per nulla romorosa, abbiamo dormito in pieno silenzio.
Colazione buona e abbondante, con una vasta scelta.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
