Voortreffelijk ontbijt in zeer sfeervol Cafe Mozart. De service van de portier.

De airco werkte niet !! Daardoor zeer benauwd op de kamer. Bij geopende ramen veel herrie van de loeiende airco's op de binnenplaats

My children and I were absolutely thrilled with our room, which was located across from the Astronomical Clock. When the kids didn't feel up for walking anymore, I could still see the apostles each hour without leaving the room. New Years Eve was a dream, and we were so happy to hear the concert and watch fireworks from the cozy warmth of our room. The staff was exceptional and responsive. I couldn't figure out how to stop the tub, as it is different in the Czech Republic, and they were quick to assist. (Found out you turn a silver disc type knob). They helped walk our luggage to the car when we left; I recommend asking them to meet you where your taxi drops off or just arranging transport with them ideally, as that was much easier on the way home.

It would be nice to have a room service option for food.

2 Zimmer gebucht, in 2 verschiedenen Häusern untergebracht In einem Zimmer ging die Heizung nicht, auch auf Nachfrage nicht repariert und das im Winter Personal am Empfang nicht sehr freundlich

The staff were extremely helpful. I was ill upon arrival and hot water and milk was delivered to our room for a cup of tea. Nothing was a problem. They arranged transport for our departure and carried our suitcases across the Old Town Square.

Location could not have been any better. Given the age of the building, the beds and overall space of the rooms waws nice. The property sits on the most popular plaza in town so it has ample access to restaurants bars and shopping. Every alley from the space was worth a stroll.

As a family of tall 6ft travelers, I found the bath/showers quite uncomfortable and difficult to use. Do not stay here if you are taller than 5'8 or you'll need to kneel to shower.

Excellent location if you plan to visit the old towns area. About a 30 minute walk to the Castle Praha.

The coffee machine in the room seem complicated so we never use it.
