I cannot fault anything about this place. Washing machine in the apartment. Washing pods there too. Hob and oven. Dishwasher and tablets included. Very spacious. Very nice. Every local attraction is a walking distance away. Tram station only couple seconds away. Great value. I will look to stay here again. TV was class. I bought my fire stick . The picture was really awesome. Even a walk in wardrobe

There is nothing I didn't like.

I stayed 4 nights in room 12 and 4 nights in room 51. Room 12 was in first floor and was spacious and nicely decorated. Room 51 has beautiful view and is more silent. Since 51 is in attic the ceiling in living room and bedroom is inclined. 51 has separate kitchen while 12 has big living room including kitchen. Both solutions are good in my opinion. I truly enjoyed living in Residence Karolina. The location is as good as it can! 50 meters and you are on Narodni Street which is very lively and interesting in many ways. Within walking distance from Karolina is endless variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs etc; all kind of places for eating and drinking. River Vltava and bridges are close as well. Highly recommended accommodation! 👍👍

I am quite easily hesitated of sounds and noises and always looking as quiet room as possible. I liked room 51 a lot. There was no problem of any kind in this sense. No sounds from the street at all. The only sound I was able to hear came remotely downstairs for short time when something was moving on ground floor (maybe delivering etc) but that was almost not to mention. Instead in room 12 this sound was quite noisy but as it took normally only some minutes it was ok. In room 12 there were also some sound of couple pigeons in the morning. They rested in opposite empty building which was only few meters from bedroom window. That was not a big problem. The worst problem for me was upstairs as there moved someone who walked like elephant almost constantly from room to room several hours a day 😭. But I think it was not normal behaviour. I just had bad luck. I can not stand stomping on the floor above me. During night he/she did not walk but in the morning I was nuts of endless bum bum. I should have immediately asked to change the room. In 51 everything was perfect. One major issue for me is always bed, matress and pillows. I need soft bed, not hard. Karolina has good quality beds but a bit too hard for me. The staff did great work solving the problem! 💝 First they gave an extra matress which helped already, and then one more matress on top of it. That one was "memory foam" type of matress which felt very good! 👌 Sincere, warm thanks Karolina doing your best, and delivering!! 💗 I certainly want to come back! Truly unforgettable city. Such a treasure! Endless beauty, history and enjoyable time and life. Precious moments. Not too hectic.

Nice quiet and spacious apartment (back of building), completely furnished with sufficient tools in the kitchen to cook full meals. Reception staff was very kind and helpful. They got us settled in quickly and arranged our parking (needed if you want to park nearby). Location is perfect in the old town; no need to take the car to get around.

It can be challenging to find parking during the day.

Was very nice location in heart of old town, ca 100m from river. Very nice exterior of building and interior is beautiful. Big rooms ang high ceailings. Parking in front of the building. Safe place - place is near of Police office!) Personnel is very helpful, at start we received room without balcony (wanted from start it), friendly Ms A. promised to help, and on next day we received Beautiful room on 4 th floor with great balcony with view on old town roofs and churches.

Dress dryer is not working (electrical in bathroom)
