This property exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views. The beach was the best I’ve experienced, and the service was top-notch throughout our stay. I couldn’t have asked for more and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

Bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le restaurant Ô Papo délicieux. Accueil du service hôtelier agréable.

Chambre exigue par rapport au prix. Le bureau ne peut être utilisé. Passage étroit entre le pied du lit et le mur. Attention lit sur roulette ! Ne pas oublier de mettre les freins.

Really lovely hotel. The staff were so kind and friendly upon arrival. Rooms were spacious and always cleaned. Really nice pool and very quick walk down some steps to the beach. Food was really nice. Bus stop right outside hotel which gets you into Palma in 20 minutes. Would definitely return!

Could have had more sun beds and people did get up very early to "save" sun beds wirh towels and not return for hours.

It is a fantastic location. It was our second day. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views. The beach is literally at the frontdoor and one can walk down to the pitch directly from the hotel. As is the case everwhere, the beach is public so a lot busier on weekend with more local visitors. However, it is a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast is great as is the general service. Towncentre is a short ride away. The only issue is that this time it was very expensive but we booked late in high season and they were nearly sold out. hopefully next time it would cost this much!

Clean and a good location

Pool area and beach was jammed pack. Guests smoking everywhere, really feel as though there should be smoking areas.

The location alone and the pool with such proximity to the beach, in my opinion, make this place worth the price. The staff was absolutely lovely and the food in the beachfront restaurant was amazing. The spa area is very nice and relaxing, and I wish it was open until a bit later so that I could have enjoyed it more.

Maybe not worth a 5 star rating :/ I was surprised upon arrival by the lack of complementary drink at check-in or chocolates in the room (nothing too important, but something I’ve become accustomed to when visiting 5 star hotels). The room decoration seemed a bit outdated, and the TV didn’t work properly (not all of the supposedly available channels were actually available, so no English channels in my room), which for the price was really baffling. Also, in the spa area some of the pool’s functionalities aren’t working (again, for the price and 5 star rating, that really shouldn’t happen).
