Everything - the hotel was lovely and the staff where amazing. They even sent a card, did a window display and made a cake on my birthday for me making my stay extra special. The staff even decorated the rest of my room with balloons and banners for my birthday.

I am very pleased with my choice. Spacious rooms with a kitchen and a large bathroom is a big plus. Amazing staff! There are a rooftop restaurant and bar with great views of Hanoi.

Lovely hotel with friendly and professional staff.

very clean and extremely well facilitated, there is a shop connected to the hotel with international products of every type, although it is quite expensive the prices are justified by the range of goods. I used the gym and the pool which were of a high quality. We had an apartment which was spotlessly, I think we may have been the first guests to use it as it felt like it had just been unwrapped. If not then I’m impressed on how well maintained it was.

We asked for a half day extension in the booking as our flight was in the evening and wanted to be able freshen up after exploring Hà Nội, while the receptionist tried to get us a half day rate the manager refused and said we would have to pay a full rate. I thought this was a bit tight fisted seeing as the hotel clearly only had a few guests and the room wasn’t in demand. I’d assume half a day for a later checkout would be better than nothing but I guess that’s their loss. On the other hand they were happy to keep our luggage for the day and organise a taxi when we can back in the evening.

My home away from home: clean, very luxury studio room, friendly staff (the best!), nice rooftop terrace, comfortable working lobby.

I had to wait for more than 20 minutes twice to get a taxi to the city center and airport (and 2nd time decided to find one myself). This is due to road works near the hotel, so it will be temporarily. I suggest to always have 1-2 taxi’s available on the spot to solve this inconvenience. The Mizumi restaurant food was a bit disappointing, the tuna sashimi was not fresh and overall the portions for each dish were very very small (half of regular size I would say). On the positive side: the restaurant staff was very eager to learn from our opinion.
