Staff were very nice and helpful right at the time we checked in. Each room we stayed, there is a washing/drying machine so it was a nice thing to have for guess that staying more than a week. Room was clean but a little to small even if you have 2 adults and 1 children staying in 1 room (and especially if you have big luggages). Nice coffee machine on the entrance so you can always make a coffee-on-the go just before you leave the hotel. Not so much options for the included breakfast (I think only 6 or 8 options) because it's not a buffet and if you stay more than 4 days you'll get bored with the menu. We really like the location, very close to Gotanda Station where most of the JR Line train stops in Tokyo. Seven Eleven and Lawson just around the corner and Don Quijote straight behind our hotel (can find lots of things here). We only find one Halal restaurant here if you are a moslem traveler called Grill Hunter which served Hamburg steak located very close to the train station.

Had problem during check in.

Location was awesome! The JR Yamanote Line is just across the road. There's a 7-11 at the side of the building. The residential room was larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. And having a kitchenette and a washer & dryer was a blessing. They also held our bags after we checked out as we wanted to walk around a little bit before heading to the airport.

Very well positioned, short walk to the train or metro station. Having a washing machine in the room made it easy to keep clothes fresh(your own detergent is needed). beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped the TV is a bit useless as there is no internet apps like YouTube or Netflix. but who's spending time in the hotel anyway?😋.

there were lots of renovations taking place that made it noisy during the day. Not great if you plan to sleep until later.

Everything was OK. Convenient location close to the Gotanda station (easy access to most part of Tokyo). Free (I assumed) coffee in the hotel lobby. Good for a work trip.

Hated the room, cooking smells coming from restaurants from early evening onwards, made us feel sick so we had to cancel rest of the booked schedule losing money of first night penalty.

The hotel was big enough to feel safe and professional but small enough to feel personal. The bed was incredibly comfortable as was the room, it had a very cozy studio feel. Loved being able to put my clothes away in the decent sized wardrobe and the washer/dryer was fantastic. Knowing prior to travel I had that in my room meant I could pack less and just wash clothes a few times during my stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Right near the train station and convenience stores and restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely book here again for my next trip to Tokyo.

The location was really convenient, Gotanda in the Yamanote Line is a walking distance and takes you everywhere in Tokyo, especially useful if you have your JR Pass :)

The room (Moderate Double Room - Non-Smoking) was smelly (cigarette) and was very small for two people. The hotel was undergoing construction works during the days we stayed but we were just informed when we arrived. The cleaning was “limited” which we never understood and overall it was not good value for the money we payed.

Location is very good. Close to station with easy access to various areas of Tokyo. Lots of dining choices nearby. Room was clean with easy options for room services. Love the coffee service in the lobby.

Have stayed here many times before and haven’t had anything I disliked. This property is as expected.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was well supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I had been able to use the balcony, I would have no complaint.

I specifically got a room with a balcony. Because of construction I was unable to use the balcony. I was asked to keep the curtains and window closed during the day. I was not offered any compensation for this disappointment.
