We were expecting the apartment to remember the pics and the apartment was tiny compared to others . Very small and pokey and didn’t have enough facilities

Liked the location, size of apartment. Loved we had a spa bath. Liked the kitchen size and big fridge. Plus internet was good. Pool spa was great. Very clean apartment. Parking spot for unit was good. Liked the property rules of quiet times.

The neighbour next door putting on their dryer at 9pm at each night, you could hear it through the wall. The main bed was a bit springy. the pool was cold, didn't feel heated.

This particular apartment was HUGE. There was extensive storage space it would be a great longer holiday for a family particularly with teens as there is plenty of room to escape to. The buildling itself is solid.

I would really love a stick vacuum! As a family of 5 spending time at the beach i hate walking on sandy floors but I also dont want to sweep and have to bend down with a dustpan and brush several times a day when on holidays. This is common everywhere we stay that a stick vaccumm is never provided and its a frequent frustration of mine not exclusive to this accommodation!

Location was great

Wasn’t the cleanest, mildew on the curtains, mould and missing grout in the bathrooms and we were only staying two nights so I didn’t want to buy my own tea/coffee etc but all the supplied tea/coffee biscuits were stale.

It has everything we need, value for money and comfortable.

Toilet in main bedroom exposed not separate with a door & no exhaust fan. Lounge needs replacing, too old. Only 3 chairs on balcony for 4 people.

Property a little dated. Room was not very clean at all. Food or liquid splashed on walls. Shower floors dirty. Lounges dirty between cusions - old food and crumbs etc

Staff exceptionally helpful, as the stay was for a person with a disability requiring her motorised transport being able to fit into the apartment for charging. Also very welcoming and accommodating with meeting her needs.

Only having 1 key was annoying when someone wanted to use pool or go for a walk - someone else had to go down to let him up the lift. Dishes still had I cleaned food on them

Location to the beach and esplanade.

Even though the property knew of my arrival, the reception would not be manned after 1.30pm, which I find ludicrous for a Saturday afternoon on a public holiday weekend and when check-in time is after 2.00pm? Followed the instructions that were sent by text, however the process in place did not work and there was no answer from the intercom which was supposed to transfer to their phone, and we were left on the street. A resident helped us into the foyer, however because the reception was not manned, we were unable to proceed any further. The mobile number on the counter only took text messages, and even though I sent messages they were unanswered. We were eventually assisted by another guest, who remembered the safe code and we were able to proceed to our room. This took about one hour+ from arrival; however, I have no idea how long it would have been before your hotel's representatives would have appeared to assist. Considering the cost, the service or should I say lack of, was absolutely appalling. On arrival the floors in both bathrooms were wet, creating a slip hazard. Not what you would expect for an approx: AUD629 per night accommodation.

Noise and loud music from the bars downstairs on the Saturday night which went on until about midnight. Not the best when you have a young family and know you are going to be up early in the morning.

Pool looked abit sad but it is winter.

Late check in was a bit of an adventure so instructions beforehand would have been good. Have to park and go into reception to retrieve the keys but we had to find that out on our own. Light switches are very confusing!
