The food was very good. We like the location very much. You need a hoodie, it is cool in the evening. We stayed in summer( june)

Good beds, air conditioning,nice gym and indoor pool. Located in the mountain of Vitosha.

The location was great and the view to the mountains was breathtaking I really liked the spa facility - the pool was in a great temperature, it had a lot of seating and laying down area and the spa was also amazing (a little bit disappointed that the jaccuzi wasn't working though). We also checked the gym and it seemed very clean and with great equipment if you are looking to work out while on vacation. The best part of it all was escaping from the city and coming here to relax. The food at the restaurant was too die for. A little bit expensive for Bulgaria but completely worth it.

Even thought the staff was nice, they didn't know how to speak English and even the food menu was in Bulgarian. We had to translate and manage everything that we could but they were very nice and patient. The beds weren't that comfortable for hotel beds and it should have a more suitable duvet cover also. The shower was a bulgarian shower - if you take a shower you will give a bath to the whole bathroom. We had a cleaning lady that in the morning came into our room while we were in bed and she didn't even knock to see if she could enter (there was no sign to put on the door). The breakfast was fine but we would prefer buffet

- I don't think our room was cleaned before we arrived. We had an almost finished roll of toilet paper and there were hairs in the toilet - We weren't provided with bathrobes for the spa, even tough some tourists at the pool did have - It was very annoying that we had no bathtub and the water literally almost ran out of the bathroom after the shower
