Excellent location.

Like the Room set up the fact there was a TV in the living room and bedrooms with netflix prime youtube etc. Location was great.

Some of the decor like smoke alarms were hanging off the ceiling, it would of been good if there was a microwave in the kitchen. The fact we wasn't told during our free cancellation period that the lifts weren't working as it restricted us to using the property to its full as once leaving we could only return once at night and not imbetween as the steps really did not work as my friend had a swollen foot and walking up 12 flights of stairs was not good and we should of been told of this.

El ascensor estaba roto para empezar y nadie me aviso. Subir 30 kg 5 pisos por escalera, una experiencia muy fea. Luego se rompió la caldera ( en el piso de arriba) y eso inundo mi habitación, perdimos una tarde hermosa de sol tratando de ver qué haríamos. Nos reubicaron en otro departamento, al lado del que estábamos, rápidamente (y eso estuvo muy bien). Pero el último día, no solo no funcionaba la ducha sino que el propietario no nos dejó dejar las maletas hasta el horario de partida de nuestro vuelo (no siquiera en el departamento que estaba inhabitable). Nosotras tuvimos que adaptarnos a todo lo que el lugar ofrecía en el anuncio pero al llegar ahí, no funcionaba o estaba roto, pero no nos dejó siquiera dejar las maletas. Una actitud fatal teniendo en cuenta que perdimos una tarde de Sol hermosa entera!!! (Al otro día llovió todo el día)

Nothing, I really have nothing bad to.say.

Location and amenities of the apartment were nice. Furnishing was also good quality and spacious areas. Bathrooms were spacious and clean.

We have asked for bedding and towels for 5 people and separate bed sheets/duvets for each person as we were 5 individuals. We only received double bed sheets and duvets. Not enough toilet paper (only 2 rolls per wc for 5 people for 2 nights). Kitchen utensils not matching the general image of the apartment (tired and dirty).
