Good location and decent facilities. Good for business travel. if available, they offer choice of beds queen size or twin beds, which is good. They extend the check-in and check-out times also upon request, depending on the occupancy.

Rooms were good, bathroom was good, had parking space which was good

Asked for extra 560 rs (whose bill was not provided) for room upgradation for having single queen-size bed otherwise only 2 single beds were provided, . AC didn't work in day, only worked at night Reception didn't answer call many times, basic facilities like drinking water was also not provided. Had to call twice for drinking water

Breakfast was not upto the mark. Rooms were not upto the mark too eg washroom had no sliding door. There was no washroom met in the toilet. Washroom door was getting locked from inside so I had to change the room after check-in (at mid night). On 1st day, we had vey late night check-in (had informed the hotel well in advance). So when we ordered our food from outside, the Receptionist was not willing to give plates saying Restaurant is closed. Room had no mini-fridge. I was regular customer of the hotel before COVID. After COVID, it was my 1st visit to Hotel and I have decided that I will not go for this hotel now.

nothing in this property to like, i booked 3 room for 2 nights. and my door gate key was not working every time i have go receptionist and then someone came from there and do lock in for me. bedsheets was no clean I complain many times but no response. order one food its came in 1 hours 35 minutes i mean seriously guys that is the service. no cleaning provided in the room properly. i was with kids one day i asked for plates they took 40 minutes to deliver one plate and spoon. you can imagine there services. over valued property, and over rated property.

Location is good for seeing things in Ahmedabad

but at the same time it sits next to a very busy road. My corner room on 5th floor was loud with horns from vehicles. So not good for light sleepers. Don't bother with food/breakfast. Nearly got trapped in lift button for my floor wasn't working. No fridge or locker in my room. Photos on site were taken a long time ago. Dated rooms now.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, exceptionally large beds that can fit 3-4 with ease Narendrabhai at the reception was amazing and always available and ready to help

Do not stay in this hotel and don’t book online with breakfast because according to the staff it doesn’t get recorded so you have to pay more The bathroom was filthy and the staff was very unpleasant and want to pass the blame We told them about the lift that wasn’t working well they said to complain to service area even though my wife and my mom hand got caught
