Buffet dinner choice was good - pizza was a hit !
didn't have the snacks in my room whereas my colleague had them in his room - came to know this upon my return back.
did ask the steward for a coffee after my buffet dinner but it never came sadly

Break fast good, but the variety not very good as a 5 star hotel. the cheese variety very poor. no fresh orange juice, almost no fresh bakery.

This is one of the best hyatt hotels we stayed in. And one of the best compared to other hotel chains we stayed in. We recieved a very warm welcome from ms sathi who arranged fresh juice for us. Because the temperature was very hot outside. The room and bathroom is spacious, the staff from reception to restaurant are very friendly and polite. Always working with a smile. Nothing is to much for them. Thank you kavita. They have a very wide spread of food items for breakfast. The food is delicious. they also have dinner buffet option. Try the chinese restaurant, delicious.
The hotel is not to far from the main things. You can easily find rickshaw our taxi in front of the hotel for a reasonable rate.
Once more thank you ms sathi for making our stay memorabel and pleasant! When were in gujarat again this is for sure our hotel!!

صرامه في القوانين حيث انهم لا يراعون المسافرون القادمون من الخارج
لقد واجهتني مشكله في استلام الغرفه مبكرا قبل الساعه الثانيه ظهرا مما اتطرني لدفع مبلغ اضافي
بعض الفنادق تراعي ظروف الزبائن بان الرحلات الجويه متعبه وليست دائما مسائيه

The staff of the hotel were excellent specially the Breakfast team of Dean, Sila, Bhagwan, Akash, Kavita,Amrish,Kundan,Sangita,Tanvi,Milka,Neel,Savita,Sourabh and Simon. Even the Chef Surya was brilliant. The check in staff Aryan and Philomena were superb. The house keeping incharge of our floor Monica was too good. All these staff of Hyatt are true assets and they have given us the service from the heart. The F&B manager Asish was also great. They deserve true applause. Would appreciate if you can please pass our thank you message personally to them.
The house keeping phone should be direct to the house keeping and not via front desk as the message gets missed sometimes and even the content of the message is lost and the service gets delayed, so if it is direct then this could certainly be avoided.

So many positives… it was a great stay. But for me the staff is the best thing about this hotel!
I booked by mistake wrong dates, while I couldn’t change them over booking.com, the receptionist upon my arrival seamlessly changed them, and we checked in early.
Service all around was very good.
Breakfast has lots of options (international options too).

The location was good.
The room smelled of pesticide and I’m extremely allergic to it. The food was horrible. We had to return 2 food items as they were so bad. They couldn’t even make a Fresh Lime Soda right. They charged us for the bad food.
