Resturant ambiance is good. Staff are excellent. Few of the food like Puri, Alu curry was great

The spread and south Indian taste ( Idly & dosa are very ordinary) You could have added local delicacy for out siders.

The air-conditioner and the shower.

This was the first time I took my bags up as there was no one at the gate. The guy at reception sounded like he was doing me a favour by giving a room in the busy weekend (the room which I had already booked a week ago). I didn't get the welcome cookies either. The room wasn't clean like our previous stay. The door to bathroom didn't work properly, the glass tray on which bathing kit wasn't fixed properly, could fall any time. The dental kit wasn't given. The safe inside the cupboard was not working properly either. Only some digits were visible on it. In the breakfast there were only 2 waiters, one of which who served us, was not all courteous. The khakras in the breakfast were stale. There were plates lying outside some rooms that were there since morning till night. All in all it was a complete 180 degree from our previous stay which was so nice, and hence we came back again but this time it was a letdown.

would specially like to appraise Mr. Shahnawaj at the front desk for the lovely courtesy in a smooth yet very quick check in and check out too. lovely location and good food with excellent service.
