I encounter some issues with my room TV & phone. The front desk Manager Joanne was extremely helpful and everything were solved. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful which makes our stay very pleasant.

The hotel is located just where the old city starts so a great point to explore Lijiang by foot. Room is very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great and the free water bottles were much appreciated.

The bathroom had a cigarette smell

The breakfast was great - a good selection of both Chinese and Western options available. The room was very comfy and spacious. The hotel is on the edge of the ancient city which makes it very convenient.

There was a lot of traffic around the ancient city so travelling to various dinner spots took a bit of time.

the tv was a good brand but a little old and had no capacity for Apple play so we couldn’t stream a movie we wanted to finish.

Everyone at front desk are so friendly and helpful! Especially Ms Wang Jingjing, also special thanks to Ms Candy Zhou from Charm restaurant, she is so familiar and explained to me all special dishes professionally, also prepared breakfast packing as i need to catch my flight early, really appreciated their hospitality, really enjoyed my stay here!

The location was very good, also the room itself (we booked the super deluxe room) was clean, modern and spacious

Unfortunately the hotel is very loud in case you have neighbors. You can hear every toilet flush and also the dipping of the sink for ours. I just slept 3 hours per night. This quality of pipes and facilities I don’t expect for that high price

Modern and edgy design. Breakfast was relatively cheap at 120 RMB, and could either enjoy it at the hotel or go to the InterContinental directly opposite. The breakfast at the IC is better. Could use the gym and swimming pool at the IC - literally a 2-minute walk only. Staff were very friendly. Location is just by the South Gate so very convenient for accessing taxis and for walking into the Old Town.

The blankets and pillows are comfortable but the bed is hard. I guess it is designed for Chinese.

Room was excellent. Location very good

No gym. Necessary to walk to Intercontinental next door in sub-zero evening temperatures. Gym not 24 hours which most 5 star hotels offer. Room service shuts down VERY early. Reception understaffed.
