Comfortable stay. Nearby KL Sentral

Was under renovation during stay but due to complete soon. I had to pay for parking. Extra bed requested wasn't the best and charged over rm100.

Hotel is in overall good, great room facilities, some cafe nearby.

Because of construction works on the entrance, personnel is quite far and especially when I had a lot of luggage, trying to find somebody help, nobody was at the reception. As a result took a cart by myself and pushed all along reception. Same during check out. Despite that fact, hotel is nice, personnel was trying to be helpful.

Professional international accommodation and v enjoyable. Great location for KLIA express train and shopping areas. No lack of eating options outside.

The building look very modern from the outside.

soundproofing of the room. I can hear the conversation of my next door neighbor. it can be disturbing when I am trying to sleep.
