Room location. The room is good and meets my requirements. The staff are very supportive, although they do not smile often, they are really nice and friendly. I can borrow the scale from the reception to weigh my luggage and it is accurate with the scale at the airport, which is really nice.

Nothing as Royce Hotel cancelled my booking without my knowledge

I didn't like the reception guy who made me wait 15 minutes at check in to tell me firstly the room wasn't clean and I'd have to wait another 10 minutes (this is at 2.45pm, check in time was 2pm) and then secondly out of the blue he said my booking was cancelled as they had over-booked!!! (I had a confirmed booking that I booked 6 months ago). He took no blame, he then blamed Booking.com and said that they had sent me an email advising of the cancellation. I did NOT receive an email and in fact when I complained to Booking.com they had no knowledge and couldn't contact Royce! Book here at your peril as they might cancel on you!!! The reception guy has no personality, does not make you feel welcome and showed no remorse. He should be ashamed of himself

I event can't check in because no water supply in all room due to renovation..and I can't able to call the hotel from day 1 I booked . Once I reached hotel they told me because of renovation all wires are pulled of.

Location, bed was comfortable , good water pressure in the shower, AC worked fine

Room smelled incredibly bad (smoke, mold), bathroom was dirty, not a single hook to hang your towel, no shower door, dirty sheets

Location was good, 4 minute walking distance to the bus station and 7-minute walk to the subway. Check-in and check out were easy. We checked it at around 2AM and we didn't have any problem.

The wifi was not stable. The staff were a bit hard to understand. We asked for a room make-up and extra bottles of water but they didn't do it. The room was also small compared to the photos.
