部屋が広く、家族4人で過ごすのにとても快適でした お風呂も広くてユニットバスではないのでゆったりと身体を癒せました 雨の中1日歩いたので靴が濡れていたので、翌日どうしようかと思ったけれど、靴乾燥機を貸してもらえたので全員分乾燥できて助かりました また利用したいと思います

上の階から何の音か分からないけれど、夜12時頃まで重低音が響いて耳障りでしんどかった 配管の音なのかもしれないけれど、気になりました

特に朝の朝食時のスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。 朝から気持ちの良い対応をありがとうございました。

ホテルも綺麗で部屋も広く、清潔でとても贅沢な時間を過ごす事ができました。

朝食バイキングの時に、こちらが9時過ぎに行ったのも悪かったけど、LOの9時半になった途端、どんどん料理を片付けていくので凄い焦らされてる感じがした。3,000円以上も払って少ししか食べられなかったのが心残りです。

駅直結で、徒歩でイオンにも行けて、バス乗り場も近くてとても便利で、備え付けのフットマッサージ機も良かったです！

子供が寝相が悪いので、ベットガードを希望したのですが、取り扱っていなかったのが残念でした。

朝食が良かったです。一見種類が少ないかなと思いましたが、一つ一つが丁寧に作られていて美味しかったです。ホットサラダとポトフが特に美味しかった。今回は洋食でお腹いっぱいになってしまったので、次回はだし茶漬け食べたいです。

壁が薄く、廊下の足音が気になりました。 でも許容範囲です。

ロビーも部屋もとてもキレイでした チェックアウトが12時なのでゆっくり過ごせました

家族５人で１部屋で泊まれて、部屋も広くて良かったです お風呂も洗い場があるタイプで高齢の母もゆったり入れました また、事前の問い合わせにも丁寧に対応して下さいました。 疲れた足にフットマッサージが最高です。

先にホテルに居た妹がさっきまで凄いバタバタして騒がしかったと。 多分上の階かなぁと思います。ファミリー向けの部屋タイプが上にもあるとすると子供連れだから仕方ないのでしょうが。 人数が多かったのでトイレ迄別だったら更に良かったです。

飲み物が充実 窓からの景色もよくコンビニも近くにあり部屋も広くお風呂も大きくゆったり入れました お値打ちでとても満足です また是非泊まりたいです ディズニーにもシャトルバスが有り便利でした☺

ディズニーのシャトルバスの運転手さん一人だけ少し太った方でしたが車椅子の対応が良くなかった😑

ディズニーランド目的で利用しましたが、舞浜から1駅、しかも新浦安駅目の前と、立地が最高でした！ 目の前にローソンがあり、少し歩くとイオンもあってとても良かったです。

アメニティコーナーにスキンケアが化粧水しかなくて、準備していなかったので冬の乾燥がキツかったです 乳液かクリームも準備していただけると本当に助かります‥

Very generous sized rooms and a great location!

The faucets in the bathroom were a bit finicky to get the temperature right.

Spacious room and comfortable beds. Easy access to Disneyland with a shuttle bus. It is so close from the Shin Urayasu Train station.

There is a shelf to put suitcase. But there is no lighting near by, so it was too dark to open suitcase on the shelf.

5000¥ pr person for pool access is beyond priced out of this world

Love the shuttle bus to and from Disneyland and Disneysea. Made life a lot easier. Staff was welcoming.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great proximity to Disney, as well as the train station, mall, and places to eat.

The room was clean, and I could see the sea a little from the upper floors. I use a wheelchair, but I can't drive myself, so I'm asking for improvement because there are few staff and no stats to assist without my family. Firefly's kaiseki cuisine in the hotel was very satisfying.

Excellent facilities and close to station for DisneyLand trip or grab the shuttle bus. Check the timetable though. English speaking staff but take it slow and smile as you both get to understand each other. Laughter is alway best. Great hotel

They had sensitivity for allergies. I’m a coeliac and like anywhere you have to balance the risks eating out. They had good information on the breakfast but I’d stay with what you feel comfortable with. I didn’t get sick but didn’t eat all the options that were “wheat” free, like fried foods etc.

The room is big, and the location is nearby the train station and has a family mart near this hotel

No room service phone number even when we ask the customer service purposely from our room 18 level to the counter in order to request whether they provide drinking water. Surprisingly they don't provide drinking water and no room service number if you want to request service from your room, you can't use your phone in your room. Delay check-in, we reach 3pm for check in but still need to wait.

Location was strategic nearby Disneyland Tokyo. Easy access to train. Spacious room
