Simple, clean and comfortable rooms in a block close to the old town

We'd have liked less cake and instead some fruit at breakfast

It had everything we needed and super close to the centre

Location is very central

Internal decor is very different from the pictures, lights didn't work, the carpet was visibly dirty, pillows as well - the room had a strange smell, definitely wouldn't stay again.

The host is very kind lady, she was answering on all my questions (there was a lot of questions from my side). The room was very clean, it was dark as someone wrote before in review but that wasn’t problem at all because we spent all day outside. Location is perfect. We didn’t hear any noise from street but from other floor yes. breakfast is served by host and it was just fine for easy going morning. And the parking recommendation was on the first look not so convincing but the man who works there is so kind and he really takes care of the cars.

The beds in our room were basic of basic hard mattress,I’m sorry but they weren’t comfortable at all and pillows were too high.

The property is really centrally located and we found everything we wanted to see/do within easy walking distance. Breakfast is provided but there are cafes nearby incase you fancy something on the go instead. The owner Valeria is so friendly , accommodating and knowledgeable. We arrived early hours of the morning and she organised us a taxi and made sure we got settled in ok. She also gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants and sights to see while we were there, she really is a lovely person and made us so welcome. The room itself was well equipped with a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and large smart TV (we used our own logins for Netflix and Disney+ for something to watch at night). It was well stocked with towels and toilet rolls and there were spare throws and pillows in the wardrobe too and the fridge had bottles of water as-well, everything really had been thought of. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at B&B Massimocentro.

The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the fact that the hot water tank doesn’t hold much so with 3 of us in the room it meant cold showers sometimes. If you can have a super quick 2 minute shower then you’ll be fine I’m sure. Not a huge issue at all, a little cold water never hurt anyone. Also, we found the area can be pretty lively at night and into the wee hours of the morning. Keep the window closed and shutters right down so it isn’t so loud. We still slept fine, just something we noticed.

Our check-in was easy. The breakfast was fantastic! Pastries, eggs, cappuccino, and a fresh gluten free pastry every morning for me from the local gluten free bakery. Valeria, the owner, was just so friendly and helpful. She really went above and beyond, making our stay so nice. The location was also excellent! Central location within just a few minutes walk to the main sites. The rooms were quiet, spacious and comfortable. We chose right!

Great location at the center, very nice and cozy rooms and quiet. Valeria was great and very kind host. Breakfast was excelent with fresh bread, crossant and etc. We really recommend this B&B and next time in Palermo we will stay here again.

Breakfast room is rather small for our group as we needed to have breakfast at the same time.

Very nice hostess.very helpful and attentive. Nice breakfast. Location close to Teatro Massimo, one of the oldest opera houses in Italy. I would have liked to sit and listen to the rehearsal for an hour, but the tour moved on. I did enjoy sitting in the square and watching the interesting people stroll by. We stayed 3 nights and we had amazing time in Palermo. The B&B Massimocentro is located just outside old town. There is easy commute to airport and nearest buses The B&B is Very clean and amazing host was very supportive and give suggetion where to go and what to see or eat. Breakfast was tasty and very Italian feel to whole apartment

The room is clean and of good size. The staff is also nice and friendly, the Location is so so.

The door lock is abit tricky, the location is off a quiet street. And it is an apartment so not 24/7 concierge.

Loved the accomodation. So clean, gorgeous building, stylish and lovely bedroom. Perfectly located , central yet quiet. Lovely host and nice simple breakfast. I would stay there again and would highly recommend.
