I love the host who was very welcoming and friendly. She accommodated with my early check-in time since I just needed to drop off my heavy suitcases. she provided great tips on where to visit since I am the first timer to Prague. She also recommended some fantastic restaurant for dining. Great tips on food selection especially she suggested Goulash is popular but taste more traditional in Hungary. the location was fantastic. everything is in walkable distances. it is also super easy to reach to the Tram if you are planning to take the train somewhere later. the bed was comfortable and it is surprisingly quiet at night even if it is close to the Main Street. I very much enjoyed the spacious space :)

Very good location, place was pretty clean, beds were comfortable, owner was nice to wait for us for a late evening check-in. It's a great value for money if you want to visit Prague and be close to the city center. It has some strict rules regarding quiet hours (22.00-08.00) and this wasn't a problem for us, it's common sense to not disturb the neighbors at night, but if you plan to party late, then maybe look for something else.

The location was great. This apartment has a lot of potential, if managed well. It is situated in an old building, with high ceilings. The apartment itself is beautiful and the furniture is relatively new and comfortable. Located in the downtown area, you may get quickly to almost all you need to visit as a tourist.

Where should I start. The place was disgustingly dirty. Hair, dust, durt.. You name it! Beds need emergency replacement. In one of the bedrooms the big bed was uncomfortable and short. We are not very tall people (165/178) and our feet were hanging outside of the mattress. Pillows were too gigantic and hard to fit on the bed. Comunication with owner/manager is poor. Prior to arrival I have sent multiple messages both on booking.com and WhatsApp and receive an answer on the day of our trip, which got me worried a bit. We were welcomed by a strange elderly man, who barely spoke English. In general, we are not pretentious travellers. All we need is air conditioning /heating, hot water and clean facilities. We had only the hot water! There was heating, however during the middle of our stay heating was turned off. We had to complain in order to be resumed. Cleanliness... The person who manage the palce should consider hiring a professional. The apartment needs DEEP CLEANING! HEAVY DUTY! Immediately! Period. As a tourism professional, I can very much appreciate the good product, doesn't matter if its a luxurious place, or a simple cosy room. And this is not the case. The facility is unpolished diomond. Woman, with this location you can get double the price you sell it now! JUST CLEAN IT! Part of the utensils in the kitchen were old and practically unusable. Microwave was dirty. Kettle was dirty... Bathroom - get rid of the tub! Bathroom is huge and with small reconstruction will be lovely. Now it becomes a swimming pool after a quick shower. Not to mention all the stress while climbing in the high bathtub. I was scared for my life! Overal, should you stay there, you need to clean it yourself first. Maybe we deserve some tips as a house maids 😅.

Fantastic location just a minute walk to old town, We love is here and happy to choose this place. Everyone in my group love this apartment we can cook and everyone can enjoy and chit chat in the living room.

No lift but luckily it is only 1 floor need to carry. But this is very small thing if you travel with friends or have a guy to help you if compare with this apartment will give you.

The apartment was quite clean, the hosts nice and kind. The location is perfect for visiting the city centre, really near a tram stop, a 10 minute walk from the first metro station, a 15 minutes walk from the old square. 20 meters far from the apartment there is a super market 6-23, very convenient.

The apartment could be improved a lot: the kitchen should have napkins, garbage bags, scottex, some extra dishes, a coffee machine, tea bags and various herbal teas... all things that are missing. The heating is ok, but during the night I didn't understand why it shuts down and in the morning therefore it's cold. The apartment could be decorated better, it is rather basic.

It’s in a very central location, good space for groups. There were about 4 beds (3 queen size, 1 single). The sofa bed can easily was suitable for 2 people. The internet was working fine. The heater worked properly. No problems at all.

There was no hot water nor heating (the apartment heating was broken) but extra blankets were provided. It was terrible don’t take a shower for 2 days. Bad communication before stay (during the stay was ok), I had to complain to customer service in order to get an answer. The floor was not properly cleaned. I don’t recommend, cheap things can become expensive, since the owner suggested me to go “somewhere else” since the apartment was lacking heating and hot water.

Excellent location and good size apartment; apartment was very clean, spacious and owner clearly explained rules and gave full tour. Beds were comfy.

Only two issues; for groups of people, only having one set of keys meant a lot of organisation between individuals over who was doing what and going out when. The bath/shower really could do with a shower curtain rail and curtain to avoid flooding the bathroom when showering. Bath tub was missing plug.

Wanted a cleaner part of the kitchen. Insufficient number of towels. Only one roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 2 days. No small towels were available in the kitchen area. the washing machine could not be opened. The curtains could not be closed and it was very bright in the morning, which disturbed sleep. The kitchen could have been more equipped.

The room is big and with a big sofa. The bed is big with big pillows. The staff is so nice that she is willing to arrange the key pick up time with us.

There is no shower room. If you are taking a shower in the bath tub, you will make the whole bathroom wet. I also feel cool while taking the bath, that the warmer isnt working so well.

Unfortunately the apartment was not so clean. If you want to use dishwasher or washing-machine, you have to take own detergents.

Everything was really good! A big apartment in the heart of the city. Eva is very careful and let us very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were really good!

The only thing that is not excellent as the rest, was the shower, because when you take a shower the whole bathroom get wet.
