What a luxurious place! Spotlessly clean, large and modern room, comfortable bed, lots of blankets and a small heater. I was the only one of my group tour staying here and the only one who wasn't terribly cold during the night. Breakfast was perfect and available from 5.30. Superb location, right next to a few shops, an ATM and several restaurants. Had a great night's sleep!

Shower in the morning could have been a little warmer, but temperature was decent enough. I definitely would stay here again.

The breakfast was great in terms of location (roof) and menu (eggs, fruits, juice..). The room was very nice in terms of the fit-out. The bed was comfortable. There is small heating on the wall but do not expect much heat.

The room was cold, which is a standard in this area I guess. I would recommend thinking about reserving the hostel at the Plaza de Armas as we came across a local celebration, which went on until 5 AM, therefore we did not sleep much, haha.

We asked for a good restaurant and someone at the desk directed us to a Peña show restaurant, which was great fun! The room was good, although a bit cold. They did provide a little heater though 👍 Once the shower was warm, it was one of the best we've had yet in Peru! Also, we had a good breakfast before our 4m express bus left.

The atm next to the hotel stole our card, I heard this happens often in that ATM. The reception should better inform the guests. Room too cold with a small heater, but this is common in Peru

We went in June 21st, winter time there. Night time is 24F degree but the room only equipped with a wall heater. The bathroom window couldn't fully close. We went to bed with full cloth on and still felt frozen. and water is barely warm instead of hot. **** warning: 6/21 main square has celebration from 6pm towards 6am, loud speaker and music, couldn't sleep at all through the whole night.

Staff is welcoming, helpful and they have an excellent breakfast! Rooms are perfectly warm with heaters. Location is in the main square. Definitely recommend & would stay again!

This was centrally located in the main plaza. The breakfast was good and made fresh for us. The staff were friendly and provided information upon request.

Very clean and spacious rooms with a modern bathroom. What we liked most is that the hotel is located at the Plaza de Armas. This was our best hotel so far in Peru! The staff was very friendly as well.

The property is located right on the central plaza of Chivay, a delightful little town. The hotel is very clean and cozy. Most importantly, the staff is AMAZING. I arrived after a really hard days ride off-road on motorcycle, drenched, exhausted, muddy, with mechanical problems. The staff sprang into action to help me with everything, even helping me clean my muddy gear. They were so great! Thank you.

One suggestion only: increase the hot water temperature. It was only like warm.

The hotel is simple. The location, direct in the main square, is OK, having into account the Chivay is a tiny town. Easy to find, you will find and reach nearly everything by foot. The rooms are also OK: the bed is comfortable and the bath was clean. Our personal highlight: the staff. They helped us a lot and were accesible and helpful the whole time.

The breakfast could be much better: cold and hard bread and bad coffee (for a country with high quality coffee it is almost an insult)
