Apartment was Good clean and neat. Washing machine and drier facility was given. Bus stop is near by in 5 min walkable distance. But on first day we took long root :( to climb the hill. Host is too good. He helped to answer all the questions.

The apartament was located in very quiet and residential area. The property was very clean and had almost everything that you might need. ( TV would be a great addition)

When coming back from town, you will need to climb a bit to get back to the property, so it might not be ideal for the older people.

Nothing much to like. pretty basic.

Owner response was delayed. Things placed in the apartment were generally or average quality and condition.

South African family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teen) enjoyed our stay at Cisarka Apartment. We stayed in apartment 2 and it was big enough for us 3 but would have loved the 2nd bedroom. The dishwasher and washing machine came in real handy! Bus stops are close to apartment (check the poster on how to get to the bus stops, google maps takes you on another adventure and its literally just around the corner 😄). Love the big windows and the location. Small play area for the little ones across the road. Quiet area.

It has all you need for a short trip: beds, kitchen with basic appliances, good shower. The area is quiet and out of the centre but with good connections to the centre of the city.

Unfortunately, some very important things: it was not as clean as I would have liked (dirt that has not been cleaned in long time in corners under the beds). But the worst part is, in the ground floor apartment, that is what I had booked, was impossible to sleep. It is next to the main door, that slams every time is opened, and you hear everything, steps and every minimal movement from the neighbours upstairs.

Booking: We booked through Booking.com and received a reservation confirmation. I was asked by the landlord to pay in advance through his own booking portal. There I had to deposit again my ID data and other personal information. (Redundant, against the AGB's of booking.com and completely unnecessary). In the course of this double entry I received so many mails (23) that my e-mail box classified the mails as spam. On site: In 23 mails was not a single useful information for guests. It was only pointed out several times in capital letters where you are not allowed to park. Helpful would have been: How to get to the city center? Where to buy tickets for public transport. Is the water drinkable in Prague? Where can you rent bicycles? What is the cheapest cab? (Bolt, not Uber as the host says -.-) etc. Breakfast: Too expensive, unbelievable amount of plastic waste is produced because each slice of cheese is individually wrapped. Ever heard of climate change and environmental protection?

All the communication with the host was easy and informative. The location was quite nice, not too far from the center. Additionally, the key accessibility was very easy and I appreciate it.

During all our stay there was a very strong smell of canalization in the bathroom. It was very unpleasant even to brush the teeth. There was no rag nor in the kitchen (for table for example) nor in the bathroom (for the floor). We travelled with 3yo kid and it was quite a necessary equipment for us. The host left a questionary on the table regarding our stay, but not pen or pencils.

no tv. no mop/brush, but was broom. I seems have seen cockroaches two times.

Using key box, the garden and pool, but the wheater was a little cold. That's why I was satisfied with the little oil radiator! And finally the beds were extremely comfortable.

The upstairs neighbor was noisy every night. The street loophole is difficult to manage.

It was the second time we stayed here. The location is very convenient because it's quiet and near tram stops. There is also a grocery shop about 100 meters around the corner. The garden is very nice although it was very popular among other guests too. The interior is clean and comfortable. I appreciate well equipped kitchenette. WiFi is working pretty well too

Unfortunately there were some issues eg. two beds in the main room are squeaking very loudly even by the smallest movement. The shower head is broken so the water is flowing down the hose instead of the head. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. It would be also nice to have a TV beacuse during rainy days you may get bored.

The breakfast was very well served. The host was cordial. The apartment location was perfect, really easy to be reached by public transportation. Nice neighborhood.

Maybe I would like having a shower instead of a tub and out of the 4 family members, only I complained about the mattress (to be fair).
