The fan was not working in one of the rooms. The common toilets had bad smell, i guess it was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of ants on the kitchen table. The security guard was not friendly at all. I would say it is good for big family stay. The swimming pool is a plus since my kid enjoyed it.

2 Bedroom apartment at M1250 was too expensive . Hotels are much cheaper . The unit on the 6th floor are just too inconvenient to drive up. TV programmes are limited .

The location was really convenient, only 5 minutes drive to Midvalley Mall, has a coffee shop next to property for easy breakfast, swimming pool is clean, apartment relatively clean (although there were some minor defects here n there), my children loved the big bath tub.

Towels were provided but there's a smell (maybe not totally dry), one of the aircon's remote controller and TV remote controller are not working because of flat battery... I had to use our own batteries.

Location is good, close distance to many popular eateries and shopping centers. Good security.

The apartment condition is in need of maintenance. The heater in the common bathroom is not working and we have to share the master bedroom shower room. The air conditioning in one of the room is emitting a strong foul moldy smell, we have to turn off the air condition and use the fan instead.

After staying in a ABNB, I think preference for hotel is my choice. I am able to leave my lugguages if I arrive earlier and there's services provided when anything goes wrong , not like this time round i have to take instructions from tenant to solve issues. The place has no upkeeping, and toothbrushes not provided, I think the tenant really made a good profit.

The unit is dirty, duvet covers felt like they are not cleaned. Floor is dusty and worse the master toilet flush does not work. The property does not provide any coffee or filter water.

Check in process so problematic. The deposit money more expensive than hotel price. Very prohibitive

but the unit is quite dirty! Alot of cockroaches even inside the fridge. Toilet stinks of cockroaches too. Rooms all got weird smell! Given only 1 plastic bags for garbage. Very troublesome, need to pay deposits whereas some owner no need to pay upfront. TV about to spoilt. Wifi not strong. Owner cannot compromise on early checks in. Late reply.

Its hard to find halal food outlet nearby The time we checked in the bathrooms floor was not rinsed thoroughly after cleaning that it was still slippery and soapy when stepped on with wet feet. I had to clean the floor again and it turned out so foamy and soapy proved my doubt
