Pictures on website doesn't reflect the real hotel pictures. I was shocked when I arrived and found out how old the hotel, room and restaurant are. Amenities in the room were very old from towels to trash cans etc... Bed sheets weren't changed everyday although we asked to be changed daily. Very slow service as when we ask for something we have to wait for an hour after calling many times. As a 4 Star hotel it suppose to have at least Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, comb, cotton buds in which we only found liquid soap!!! Bath towels have many stains and some has burn spots. Breakfast has no varieties and pastries weren't fresh at all Elevators are very old, one out of two most of time was out of order for maintenance Called the room service at night to order something to drink, they answered once then shut the phone and didn't reply again as I tried to call them million times with no answer.

WiFi was very poor swimming pool very small they doing chicken for teenagers after 10pm so it is very noisy and hard to get good sleep specially if you have kids ! they changed around 95£ extra as a fees for 4 nights witches really high taxes!
